When Mark came out a lot of people were shocked because a boyband should not have a "gay" but then that was a big step he did as more men came out for who they are. And that parents became more aware of what it means to come out

What an interesting talk! It’s so nice to hear them talk about mental health and the importance of taking care of it. I’m glad Mark brought up CBT because, having tried that type of therapy myself, it immensely helped me to understand the process behind some negative or anxious thoughts that I may have and find ways to properly deal with them and change my way of seeing things. Thanks for this great podcast!

I'm gay so I totally understand what he's saying and I'm not even out, I live in the society where being gay is very frowned upon I'm not gonna come out unless I move to a different society than I live in now
I think I know where that society is. I'm straight but I know it's suck to be there. Sometimes I want get the fuck out from that place.
