i literally saw them 2 days ago in Munich, they were the opening act of the Sabaton concert. I'm from spain and i bought a ticket for that concert for babymetal, i like Sabaton to, but Babymetal... they are next level for me. The energy that they send to you with their perfomances and music.... simpli incredible. I will go to see them again this time in my city Barcelona on december, and this time they will be the main event, that will be incredible. i'm very exited to see them again in a few months!!!

Yes I will be there with some friends, the tickets were sold out in 6 days... You can try and ask the organisation if they are planing to change the place of the concert for another with more capacity, a lot of people have the same problem, and if they change the place all of us will see a better performance 🤩

I mean, I'd seen videos and stuff, but I saw them live for the first time the other day, and I just loved it; it was like nothing I had ever seen before. I mean, it was just like… Leave it to the Japanese to find a way to make fucking death metal cute. But it was awesome. And the crowd… The crowd was going fucking apeshit. The amount of crowdsurfing and stage diving and just complete mayhem, which made it even funnier, 'cause it's three cute little girls doing fucking karate on stage and shit, and these guys [that are backing them] are dressed like ghosts, all in white. It's the most bizarre fucking thing. It's totally worth watching; it's so good."

At their concert in Yokohama on April 1 it was announced that a permanent third member Momoko Okazaki (who is also a graduate of Sakura Gakuin and has been appearing with them LIVE since 2019) has officially become the third member.
Their new album in my opinion that released March 24 is amazing with so many different styles.

you're not alone in that feeling. when they start walking down the runway i get the chills,and tears well up. they are in such command of their audience,it's amazing to watch. this has become my new favorite of theirs which says a lot since i find a new favorite just about every other day. "catch me if you can" is another one i've really grown to love. the live version where each band member takes a solo before the girls come out is awesome.
The BABYMETAL mosh'sh pits are friendly, you don't have to worry. Next time come to the pit! 🦊
They are playing London 2 nights in a row at the roundhouse later this year, get your tickets quick. Yes, that weird connected feeling is part of what makes being a Kitsune so fun.. "We Are The One". There is generally an afterparty at a local bar after the London gigs, too.. to celebrate with other fans
That 2019 gig at the O2 Academy in Brixton was a fun one.. the crowd was mental :) I just got back from seeing them in Munich on Monday night (they're at the end of a tour opening for Sabaton)
PS: it is better to use "mata ne!" than "sayonara!" as then it feels more like "see you again!"
BABYMETAL performances like this one also brings this old grumpy metalhead to tears. They move me emotionally like no other metal band has.
I've been following them since 2019 but kick myself dismissing them when I heard of them years prior.
But I will be seeing them live for the first time ever this September in Toronto! I am sort of scared because I might be the big old guy in the crowd crying in happiness and awe.

The first time I saw RoR, I had the same reaction. It's such an epic song, written in collaboration with Dragonforce.
I saw them with Sabaton in Glasgow in April, and I will get to see them headline in London in November, I'M SO EXCITED. 🤘🦊🤘🖤.

I trust your reactions completely. Although there may be no other greater performance than this one, I recommend Shanti Shanti Shanti, Pa Pa Ya, Monochrome (the album and the First Take versions). Perhaps most of what's in their latest album.

Awesome reaction. Every one of us knows exactly what you're talking about. We all have gotten emotional at one point or another from Babymetal. Many of us look at the girls as our younger sisters, neices, daughters, or some part of the family. We get a bit emotional, we're pretty protective of them, and we love these girls. Been obsessed with them for a year now (revived my interest in music after 15 yrs...) and they never fail to put a smile on my face the second I see them :D Only thing I've seen in a year beside them that grabbed me was a track from Falling in Reverse (stunning music/video - watch the world burn) As for the connectedness....absolutely!! 😁. Great reaction - keep it up! For me - I love Kagerou or BMC (both live of course) - Monochrome or Mirror Mirror for the newer stuff (but all 3 versions of Monochrome if you check that one out 😉)

Oh Millie, my wife is now 65 and armed only with a camera has spent time pinned to stage at all sorts of shows. I sometimes watch her back but got often my work schedule has her solo in pits. I had her back at CJ Ramone and Squeeze. Thing with that is I broke a rib in the pit for the band I crewed for in very early 80's then another time a fall at home in 2007 did that to me.
Everytime you listen to BabyMetal it's a refreshing slap in the face to remind you how AWESOME BabyMetal is.

"Road of Resistance" is a song by the Japanese Kawaii metal band Babymetal. The song was released worldwide as a digital single on February 1, 2015 by Toy's Factory, serving as the lead single off the international re-release of the album Babymetal, as well the opening track from Metal Resistance. Su-Metal was 10 when she performed with Karen Girls at the SSA (SAITAMA SUPER ARENA). The Arena that night holds about 20000 Babymetal fans but when you see the centrepiece Island and the two curve bridge, it can hold up to 30000 or even up to 40000 depends on the configuration of Babymetal concert for each tour they performed. This song is co-written by Dragonforce with Herman Li and Sam Totman plays the guitar 🎸 solos, but Kami Band live show is brutal and tight. This is a classic Power Metal genre or speed metal as some might refer to. Bands like Dragonforce, Helloween and even Sabaton do power metal genre. Arkadia from Metal Galaxy Album is the successor to Road Of Resistance. At 17 Su-Metal alongside Yuimetal and Moametal who is 15 at that time, gave a perfect 👌 performance on how live show should be. "Road of Resistance" includes guest appearances by DragonForce guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman.
The song would be used to mark the beginning of the band's lore, Metal Resistance Episode III, at the concert held on November 8, 2014 at O2 Brixton Academy in London, which was also the final tour date for the band's Babymetal World Tour 2014.
A trailer for the song was released on January 5, 2015, integrating footage from the debut performance of the song in London. The song was first released as a digital bonus track off the live album Live at Budokan: Red Night, with limited editions of the album containing a download card with a code to download the song at no additional charge. The song was later released as a dedicated digital single on the iTunes Store on February 1, 2015.
Li and Totman are featured on guitars, although they are listed as featured artists in various regions of the re-release of the album Babymetal, on which the song appears as a bonus track, mainly in the United Kingdom.

Rolling Stone described the song as "power metal" with "shiny pop harmonies".
