Same thing on Maui. The chronics steal, strip and dump cars in spots we fish. You cannot go far away from your truck either, they cockroach anything they see. Caught one guy walking away with poles that had I leaned on my truck for less than ten minutes while I was making trips back and forth to the beach. He dropped my poles after he saw me running towards him with sand pikes. 🤡
