Really useful magazine, also "Aviso" is a Spanish word.. I think buying an apartment not in Kyiv has some advantages more than the price.. for example the traffic when you want to go out and later some Business come near of your house increasing the price, for example my apartment's price on 2001 was $250000 and now (with new business near) is $1600000 so we can sell it and buy a nice house in a state of the country.
Olga Reznikova Not exactly.. but if you became very famous and get millions with your channels in RUclips you have to come to Mexico and buy 1 of these apartments, there is a lot of places for little children like Yessi and it's near of my house (hehehe not joking), take a look to the photos!!! www.inmuebles24.com/propiedades/garden-villa-en-venta-en-periferico-sur-52182642.html
Great video, interesting information. Can you maybe do another video concentrating on just one area, say like the left bank please, and compare prices of different sizes and types of apartments, with maybe more information about local metro, buses, shops etc. That would be awesome! And maybe show the area on a map so we know for example how near it is to the centre of Kiev and the river etc? Thank you Olgad
Quick math: 1 US dollar = approx 25 hryvnia, 1 square meter = 10.76 square feet. ...If an apartment sells for 25,000 hryvnia (1,000 US dollars) per square meter and the apartment is 50 square meters (538 square feet). Then the price is approx. $50,000 US dollars for an apartment (or house). These figures are just for quick reference, the actual price may be slightly higher or lower.
I think as westerners,we tend to be a bit more interested in urban style housing (single or two floors with garage.) And mostly the quality of construction and safety of the area.If you could please show a small tour of these homes (preferably new,) as I am interested in a possible vacation home, thank you.
Thanks for your great job. When I buy a new flat. What is there all include? For example kitchen, shower, doors etc.? What else I have to calculate? Provisions, taxes, contract etc. ... and last but not least what I have to calculate for water, electricity, heating etc. Who pays for example for lift or when in corridor is broken something?
Hello, maybe a strange question so forgive me. In Ukraine, how much effort do the government or citizens do to protect the water? Re inland rivers, estuary, and black sea? Also, is there a respectable real estate website that covers Ukraine as far as listings with addresses? Your videos have been informative, nice work!
... at the front page was a project at Minerstersky, Kondratyuka. Do you think it's a good idea to buy there a flat? A 42 m2 flat everything inside include bed, lamps etc. (ready for living) costs about USD 53'000. Is this a good deal?
Hello dearest Thanks a lot about your nice guidance and hard working about your very important information about your nice country and nice people Ukraine
Lovely Olga! Please share your handsome young man with us, as well as your beautiful baby. Please allow us to share your joy vicariously. You make the prices for buying an apartment very clear. What I may have missed is after we buy an apartment, what is the monthly "maintenance fee" or cost for keeping that apartment?
hi Olga thank you for all what you have done . it is an amazing job . honestly when i think about something in ukraine .i always check your videos thanks again. i have a Q i would you please focus on some information about study animation , illustration and fine art in ukraine ( i tried to get some information but i cannt) thank you for all
Really? I looked at Website of National Bank of Ukraine today. They write for natural persons, national currency, short-term 32,3%, long-term 30,6%. Friends in Ukraine tell me the same.
Christian Strahlberger maybe it's just credit for any needs. I just bought car, and I pay 10%, and also I am thinking about buying apartment, and the price is also 10% up to 20 years. Bank Arkada, you can check by yourself. But of course there are banks who ask for 20-30%, but it's only your desicion to take a credit from them ;-)

Hello. Olga. Do you rent an apartment or do you buy a condo to live in. Privet investors own the buildings.

Your appearance is pure entertainment!
Some house are expensive vice versa. Is the first house is really 315 300 grivna? It looks nice for one guy, I looked at internet.
What if you don't want to buy? Are there rentals? I assume there are. What do 2 bedroom apartments rent for? Houses? Thanks you.

Уважаемая Ольга:
Скажите пожалуйста , Почему имя этого журнала - испанское слово (Aviso = извещение)?
До свидания
I like you
I think you spend to much time talking about buying an apartment. I would rather see you focus on rentals.
Советую тебе подучить английский, меня аж выворачивает от твоей постановки предложений.
советую Вам не смотреть мои видео)))
Olga Reznikova Может лучше забанишь меня ?
