- Abandoned house after the flood I got to Explore recently to show you out there what it is still like in so much of the town. houses empty and or abandoned. some floated off their supports and crashed into other houses. Not a pleasant video for me to make as terrible memories started coming back.
Anyway, thank you for watching. Thank you to all my loyal supporters who have been there with me on my journey. I'll be making a video soon about health updates so keep an eye out.

Looks like it would have been a nice place, I remember the flooding down there caused a lot of damage... We had 2 floods in Bundaberg 2011 and 2013, and it made a bloody mess. Yes, your work boots, Chinese riders, lol.
Reminds me of Grantham flood..I wasn't there but saw the destruction when helping my Dad recover what he could afterwards..the stench was unbelievable..
So good to see you out again Michael - do hope you're doing OK? Poor people, I wonder where they went after the devastation of their home. The saddest part for me was seeing the bunch of keys left behind. Thank you and look forward to the next explore. Gill 🇬🇧
it is sad to see a home like this I went through the floods aswell so I understand I hope they rescue the glass in those doors it is very beautiful
It always makes me sad to see abandoned houses, regardless of how they ended up that way, but something like this is particularly tragic. I always find myself thinking about all of life's moments that took place there, laughter, tears, successes, failures and soon there will be nothing left to give any indication any of that happened. I hope whoever lived there survived the flood and is doing ok now.
It's nice to see you out and about, my friend. I hope you are doing ok. Thank you for posting this for us.
I liked the quirky layout and roomy kitchen. I hope they save any pattern glass. It's beautiful. Ought bring it back into style. The flood steals away the past. Praying for you.
The windows in that door are beautiful! The toilet room with grab bars indicate disabled or elderly resident. Do you know if they and their pet got out in time? I hope so 😢.
My heart aches every time I see a video like this one. I know how heartbreaking it is to lose everything. We lost everything in a fire when I was 13 due to a lightning strike.
My heart goes out to everyone that lost their lives and homes there. It's absolutely heartbreaking to see the devastating impact. 💔
Amazing how high the water got. All the best to you mate ! Cheers 👍😎🇦🇺
So sad and terrible what happened to you all in Lismore and is still happening

Nice to see you exploring. Sad for the home owner. ❤
So nice to hear from you !
Really made my day better. hope your doing better 😘
Really shows how devastating this flood was .
Thankyou, love your explores ! ❤
Hi Michael, how are you feeling ???. Such a shame, when you see these houses that were completely under water it makes you realise just how powerful nature is. Thank you for sharing, much love. xx 🤗💞
What's your timeline on treatments? Thinking of ya daily & sending strength, healing & love your way, Michael❣I really love seeing you out & about & living your life!
There has been flooding in Nova Scotia. Two little children and two adults swept away in separate situations. Heartbreaking the loss of people, animals, and homes due to flooding. Just wondering, have most people stayed and rebuilt homes or did they leave and start over somewhere else? Thanks for the explore Michael 👍🏻😊
Michael such a great explore, you share the devastating results of that terrible flood. Glad your home was elevated, but you still suffered so much damage. Thanks for sharing. Hugs your way!
Sad to see this beautiful home in such a state. A family made their lives there. How heartbreaking. Thank you for sharing. On a positive note it's nice to see you out filming. Be careful !
Thanks for sharing this. The glass in those doors is exquisite. Beautifully rendered flannel flowers and such a delicate shade.
Love those old doors 🚪 I hope whoever owned it got something for it because of the flood
Im jealoys these places are amazing
Great video thanks for sharing
poket dpor fist one ive seen over ther
is the noise traffic
Great to hear from you
They were discussing moving Lismore to higher ground due to the regular high water level of the two or more big floods. I live close to the coast near Tweed Heads and have not heard anymore about it. That flannel flower glass in one of the doors was beautiful. 🦘🤔😊
That's what the local council did in Grantham, Queensland. They did a land swap and built new houses all on higher ground. The odd few refused to move though.
sliding door cool
Thank you, Michael. How sad ... you can hate mother nature at times! 🤨
Nice explore, is there anything done too prevent flooding like deepening the river?
love the simple construction homes... i wish it was still allowed to build like this
This house must have been beautiful before it was destroyed by the flood waters 😢
