The kit shown here is comes with a bracket for a speedlight. It is my understanding that the speeding itself is designed to work with strobes.
can this be used with regular speedrings or can this only be used with speedlights?
It can be used with other flashes like Alien Bees with appropiate ring.
What about ad200 can i put there?
Please use wireless microphones, sound is like tin can.
