  • Quick road repairs used to require large crews, heavy equipment, perfect weather, and a hefty invoice to boot. Kind of like fishing with dynamite. Revolutionary Aquaphalt offers a better solution.
Used successfully in Europe for years, Aquaphalt is the first pre-mixed, permanent repair material that is enduring, high-performing and 100% environmentally friendly. Aquaphalt's proprietary "green" binder reacts and hardens with solely water-unlike other asphalt patching products available on the market today containing toxic petroleum-based solvents with volatile organic compounds. And Aquaphalt can be laid directly from its container, so no repeat repairs or overhead costs are required. In today's economy, eliminating additional equipment, material and labor costs for the same lasting repair is a top priority.
While other cold patch products claim durability and immediate set-up, if you've ever stepped in a utility cut while crossing the street that resembled a rocky sludge, you know the other products remain pliable far beyond application. On top of that, those fillers must eventually be replaced by permanent pavement materials. Only Aquaphalt sets-up fast and permanently for superior results. From potholes to manholes and utility cuts to driveways and tennis courts, in the world of asphalt and concrete, we've learned that stable base materials plus enduring binders equal unlimited potential for all of our customers.
The first asphalt and concrete repair product with true staying-power, along with the knowledgeable sales and support staff to back it up, Aquaphalt is the revolutionary answer for fast, quality road repairs.

This stuff does work well. I do maintenance for a large school district. We gave it a go and were impressed. I would continue to use it but the product we used was too costly to use consistently. It was under a different brand name but looks identical. Hopefully the cost will come down around to what regular cold patch cost. Otherwise we try to use hot when we can.

This is just a new type of cold patch. I would recommend doing a hole 4 inches deep in layers of 2 inches tamping after each one. It will make better compaction with less air voids so it will hold up longer.

Andrew Howard this is a good comment. As someone who has done asphalt work for years I agree.

Bought three sealed Aquaphalt Available 6.0 buckets. They are solid rock like clumps, not free flowing or pourable in the least. Quite difficult to work with too.

I just used the 4.0 product, and I found that a 3.5 by 4.0 foot is too big an area. I put 6 containers in. I would have raised the sand level to about 3/4 inch of if I were to try this on another project. I think it’s meant for small patch not a large one like I had.

Really a great product and makes asphalt work fun. But, it’s just too expensive even though it works really well.

Can someone help me here… I have a 4’ X 4’ size area that needs patching approximately 3” depth. I purchased 8 bags of gravel to fill in the area and I want to used the aquaphalt to top it off. Does anyone think that the bags are useless and just used the aquaphalt to fill the entire area? Or, go ahead in fill in the area with gravel then top it with the aquaphalt. Please can someone advised me what’s the best way to go. Thank, appreciate it much!

I have a depression area that is roughly 3" by 12" and is 1/2-3/4" deep. Is this the best product to fill it before I seal-coat my driveway? Thanks.
