I definitely think age gap is one of those that's only okay if both parties are adults and have been adults for at least several years. Like a 25 year old and a 37 year old. I don't see anything wrong with that relationship.
I just hate the pregnancy trope in general. It truly destroys books for me. It often feels like the author throws in a pregnancy because they can't make up another plot
in the summer i turned pretty's third book jeremiah cheating on belly was out of character but the whole wedding in general pissed me off because he was so unserious about it even though you could tell belly was serious about it.

You should try Six of Crows. There are three ships in that book, and one of them are friends to enemies to lovers. The other two are opposite attract/annoyance to lovers and slow burn/partners in crime.
