This is why I always keep my eyes shut whenever I experience sleep paralysis. The things I hear and feel during it are already disturbing enough. I don't want to know what I'd see if I opened my eyes.

Usually I just try wiggling muscles that don’t take much effort to move like my fingers, and focus on that until I can move other muscles and my body realizes I’m not asleep and lets me move again.

If you can wiggle your toes you can break out of the paralysis. I did this during a particularly bad dream much like what happened in this video. Mine looked a lot like this except smaller with bigger eyes, I remember turning my head, sitting up and punching at its eyes all as fast as I could; and it just evaporated like light shining on a shadow. It was the single most surreal thing I ever experienced. I kinda doubt there will be anything that will top it.

I had sleep paralysis for years up until recently, mine were mainly auditory hallucinations (I don’t remember if I ever say any spooky shadow demons) with loud blaring sounds. It was absolute Hell because I couldn’t move, and had to stay there for what felt like hours listening to ear-rupturing loud noises. I specifically remember one sound being that of a very loud grandfather clock, make of it what you will.

Notes:Vic is tied to the bed here and has a blanket,so it likely is just standard procedure to have patients tied in the bed in this hospital.
    Vic has a roommate.
The doctor here follows a pattern of the threats or hallucinations in this series being very tall when compared to Vic.
Interpretation:This likely is Vic’s experience with sleep paralysis, this hallucination likely is fueled by and will contribute to Vic's fear of the Hospital and the mistreatment in it.

I remember when I was between 7-9 years old, I still slept in the same bed with my mother, our bed was next to the door and it was always open, I was afraid of the dark so I insisted my mother to leave the light of the bathroom on. One night, I woke up to the sound of dragging, I was hugging my mother from behind so I didn't have a wide view of the other side of the room, but still, I could see a figure walking and being illuminated by the vague light of the bathroom, right where there is only a minimum of light inside my room, this figure was a bit bluish and transparent (like a ghost), they were constricted, appeared to have difficulty walking, they had things stuck in their backs, like arrows and twigs, I don't remember anything else after that, to this day I don't know if it was a dream or not

my sleep schedule is so destroyed that i've had this crap ever since I can remember
After a while you learn to be chill and either go back to sleep or stay awake and let it pass
Being scared is what makes scary stuff pop up, you don't even hear/see anything if you're calm

What makes this video creeper is the low quality sounds. Gives me PTSD of horror videos in old RUclips.
