  • I love crunchy foods especially salt and vinegar chips!!! I do know that a lot of the chips and corn chips are loaded with nasties so I try to eat less of them or make my own. Here is a great and delicious recipe for homemade Healthy Dorito Corn Chips. Make sure you try to use tortillas that have the least ingredients in them.

    * 6 organic corn tortillas
    * 1-2 tbsp EVOO
    * 1 tsp paprika
    * 1 tsp chili powder
    * 1 tsp garlic powder
    * 3/4 tsp salt
    * 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
    *
    Cut tortillas into 6 triangles with a pizza cutter.
    Mix the spices in a bowl. Pour oil onto cut tortilla, mix, throw on the spices & nutritional yeast and mix.
    Lay tortilla pieces on parchment paper and bake at 350F for 15 min.
    You can use any tortillas for this recipe
