One thing I like to say about downloading any apps… after using it for your privacy shut down the apps data. Why I said that based a friend experience. They can track you or will know your movements! For your own safety turned off while not using it. Just a tip not a negative about the creativity. However, In Western countries you can sue the person or the company but in Africa the criminals can do anything to do their dirty jobs. Building or bringing technology to any country is good but when something happened who would fight for the victims!
