Just great once again. I love how Phil glancingly answers the questions that are actually put to him while simultaneously analyzing a HUGE systemic issue in the game--an issue that other poker instructors always talk about at the anecdotal level, so that we never really see how the puzzle pieces all come together. Here, the HUGE issue is: stop thinking about mistakes just in the context where you notice those mistakes being made, because those mistakes necessarily have mirror images of themselves in the opponents' other ranges. (I.e., if you notice a player betting too few hands on turn, you also need to be thinking about the fact that they're checking too many.)
I love this content I would love if you could give your thoughts on Multiway pots for cash and tournaments. My general idea is we have to play tighter but would love some more nuance.
Hey Phil, Thx for the video. I have one request- Can you use 'in-position, out of position' instead of 'they'. I'm not trying to be picky but sometimes I have no idea if your referring to the ip or oop player. It would of been helpful for me on this video but then again I rode the short bus to school. Thx, Phil.
Okay, I watched the video again from beginning and I see where you set up the example w/raising button and bb calls, x x flop... I must've missed that 1st time cus I was thinking about other things. I apologize, 99% my fault, but I did say I road the short bus.
Yesterday I started a session and my first three hands dealt were strong hands that did not make it to showdown. For the rest of the session everyone was treating me like I was a maniac.
Expert Exploits! 😊 I know how their range is off in this spot but what does this say about my opponents range in other nodes or spots? Pay attention to showdowns!!!

very good content
This one is a guy who is underbluffing in his words and we should listen to.
when you play tight people overstimate your range by a lot. you get some crazy folds for stupid raises
How do you know they folded hands they should not fold? You won't see the hands they folded.
I love you :))
You're too good at poker...
confused af
If you run sims in Pio it should make easy sense

i learn so much from you phil, probably frpm you more than anywhere else. Can you do a review of your NL hands please?
Phil can you please show a close up of your books on the shelf behind you😊
Man, can't even tell you the confidence this stuff gives me on the tables. This is worth its 'weight' in gold.

Love your videos. I always tell people an average player who doesn't tilt will beat a great player who does long term.
No.... You answered it..... Poker is a crazy game...
