38. Republican strategist and Citadel Military College graduate Robin Vanderwall was convicted in Virginia on five counts of soliciting sex from boys and girls over the internet.
39. Republican city councilman Mark Harris, who is described as a “good military man” and “church goer,” was convicted of repeatedly having sex with an 11-year-old girl and sentenced to 12 years in prison.
40. Republican Judge and campaign official Tim Nolan for Donald Trump indicted for human trafficking and forcing a minors (9) to engage in sexual activity.
41. Republican director of the “Young Republican Federation” Nicholas Elizondo molested his 6-year old daughter and was sentenced to six years in prison.
42. Republican benefactor of conservative Christian groups, Richard A. Dasen Sr., was charged with rape for allegedly paying a 15-year old girl for sex. Dasen, 62, who is married with grown children and several grandchildren, has allegedly told police that over the past decade he paid more than $1 million to have sex with a large number of young boys and girls.
43. Republican state senator Ralph Shortey from Oklahoma admitted to being involved in sodomy with a 17 year old male prostitute and transporting child pornography.
44. Republican County Commissioner David Swartz pleaded guilty to molesting two girls under the age of 11 and was sentenced to 8 years in prison.

Republican Big Money Donor Anton “Tony” Lazzaro was found guilty in March 2023 by a federal jury of seven counts involving “commercial sex acts” with five girls ages 15 and 16 in 2020, when Lazzaro was 30. The charges carried mandatory minimum sentences of 10 years each with a maximum of life in prison.

Republican Larry Householder was convicted by a federal grand jury in March on racketeering conspiracy charges in connection with a scheme to accept bribes in exchange for ensuring the passage of a billion-dollar bailout for a nuclear energy company. This former Republican speaker of Ohio's House of Representatives was sentenced Thursday to 20 years in prison for his role in a $60 million bribery scheme.
49. Republican Kristopher Coody, Bleckley County, Georgia Sheriff pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor sexual battery charge against Judge Glenda Hatchett. "After pleading guilty to a sexual battery charge regarding an incident with former TV judge Glenda Hatchett, the Georgia sheriff has resigned.
