Coyotes! Definitely coyotes! I have them around my place all the time.. They can sound kinda creepy at times when they are packed up. What hand held 2-way radio did you have to listen to the forecast? An Anytone? It would be fun to see you do a POTA activation on one of your campouts! Beautiful scenery! Awesome campout! Thanks for sharing!
Heading to Fountain Hills in June for a visit with friends. Will keep an eye open for your truck will give you a wave. Coming from Dallas your state is amazing so cool and exciting for me. Will camp a few days while I'm there. You and Scott stay safe.
@@DirtRoadReset That would be great of you to share some camping spots. Thank you sir, O yea I have a Kodiak truck tent as you about 5 years using it. I have a love, hate relationship with it as you know.
Stumbled on your channel while looking into the Kodiak Canvas Truck Tent. Spouse wanted a tent that wasn't on the ground and I thought maybe the canvas material was better than the other stuff the Napier is made of. I think seeing you camp in the snow storm in it gave it enough positive points to make it worth paying a little more for the heavy duty material.
You said you had to drive to another location. Did you have to remove the top braces or whatever to keep from losing the tent ? How fast can you drive with the tent fully up ?
There’s just something awesome about camping in the snow that some people will just never understand. Great vid, as always.
Thanks! I agree!
Sounds like you had a pack of coyotes around your place.
Awesome video, looked like a great time.
I agree!

The ht I'm using in this video is the Ailunce HD1. Love that thing. Thanks for watching.
Another great video. Once again....well done.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for being a loyal patrion supporter Orion!
Mesmerizing! Those little yaps and barks are coyotes. They get super loud and obnoxious! Such a beautiful but freaky sound when camping.
Thank you

How do these kodiak tuck tents do keeping bugs out?
Ive never had much issue with bugs in it.
Did you take down your tent, and set it up again, or did you drive with tent up to your second camp site?
Sound , sounded like Coyote pups
Took it down and put it back up. Not fun in the elements.
You can drive about 30 miles per hour with the tent set up @@DirtRoadReset
It’s just coyotes!
