I came here looking for a comparison of diagnostic tools, because I am in the market to replace an older iCarSoft unit (the i910). The live data on the unit I have is buggy. It will display crazy voltages (200V sound realistic?) for things like oxygen sensors, it will not update the "live data" for some PIDs, etc., and therefore I do not trust what it is telling me. Mine has the latest software on it, last updated circa 2016. Several years ago, I interacted with iCarSoft regarding the issues. They assured me they had someone working on an updated version to correct the bugs, but they never produced an updated version. Their customer support at least answered questions, but the flaws in the device remained. I am not sure what manufacturer I will select for my next tool, but I can assure you it will not be iCarSoft.

Do these read the manufacturer level code, like CC-ID 029?
Do these work for 2011 535i?
Do they?
