However this should be combined with balancing pranayama and right diet according to dosha and season! You might want to check with Ayurvedic doctor for specific diet/remedies. Love & light 🙏🏻🌟
Yoga is an energising practice. You will be able to feel fresh and vibrant the whole day with the morning practice. Evening practice might disrupt sleep!
Unlimited khana khao............ Like paneer, milk, green vegetable,, salad every day, no sugar, brown bread with peanut butter, post diner milk..... Etc. Do exercise regularly.... And take a good amount of sleep... And stay happy and positive..... And automatically it will happen with less time.... I mean 4-5 months.... Tq
