Yes, I do have: watching inspiring videos😉! I’m almost 70 and after retiring and some illnesses I’m putting myself together , developing new skills to train not only my body, but my brain, too. Actually I’m learning Chinese, free from Duolingo, …enjoying my first cup of tea in bed. My further morning routine is a 1 minute stretch of my whole body, watching carefully, if something hurts and needs more exercise, a massage, a bath, a walk… After that I dance for 1 to 2 songs in my old fashioned little bath radio, take a short shower after, finishing with cold water and start my day, going for a walk, a shopping tour, if I need something for dinner. My reading hour is a ceremony with tea and, in winter times, with candlelight, especially on grey days. I meet friends for a tea or a walk, but not every day. On Fridays I go to a painting class. In the late afternoon I start my craft program, knitting and crocheting, which I love. In the evening, I prepare simple vegetarian dinners, every now and then I add fish. My husband prepares dinner, if I’m not feeling well, or if he has a special wish. He needs more carbohydrates, because he’s doing a lot of sports, like speed ice skating, with competitions all over the world, long inline skating or bicycle tours. I’m a night owl, he’s a lark … so I’ve difficulties to go to bed in time and start my day quite late… I know, it’s up to me, but like you I’ve decided to be more productive, especially with decluttering. So this New Year’s resolution for 2025 will be prepared carefully during this Christmas time. It’s easy to make me enthusiastic, but I often fail with consistency, if things aren’t fun for me😁, but my strategy is that looking after and doing the things I love is kind of a reward for doing things I don’t enjoy. I enjoyed your video… time for Chinese now! I subscribed, so we sees! Love from Germany, Monika❣
@@TheNumber1LadiesClub-lf9yc I've been making lots of little changes that only take a few moments here and there but add up to what I've nicknamed my Course Corrections. Sew that one button back on my winter coat, some particular stretches that target areas I'm prone to discomfort in to prevent later issues, sprouts in the kitchen because winter lettuce is disappointing, writing just a few lines every day even if I'd prefer inspiration to lend me hours, I even currently changing my own brake pads because I used to do it myself, so why not. Small organisation projects are more fun than trying to clean out the whole thing in one go. I don't always have time for big things but dozens of incremental moments feel very successful in retrospect. I've discovered a momentum in accumulating details of improvements and it's very satisfying.
I started reading your message...and as they say in that film "You had me when you said I even change my own brake pads'". What an absolute legend!!! Such a brilliant and inspiring message and I think I might even start journaling and following your lead...the brake pads less so 🤣 xxx
I am 66 yrs old and I too find it helpful to get up early before anyone else is up and have my morning coffee with my vitamins and supplements and say my morning prayers. Then I get completely dressed, feed the pets make my bed and tidy the kitchen. Now I am ready for anything that comes up. I also ruthlessly decluttered my pantry of food I will never eat. Now I have room to be organized and really use what I have. Getting up early I get so much more done in the morning hours and I promise myself a rest in the afternoon when I have finished my list. I am so enjoying your videos!
Darling thank you so much for your comments. I have done the same sort of kitchen declutter as you…mainly food and quite a few kitchen gadgets. I’ll be uploading it as soon as the area I live in has the internet back up and running on the 18th apparently 🙄😩 ( it went down on Monday) . I will look forward to hearing from you again darling. Much love to you and your pets, Imi ♥️ xxx
Things like this work when you are the only one running your life. I have lowered my expectations about my productivity due to the fact that at 76 I am and have been, all her life, raising my 16 year old granddaughter and my 77 year old, husband still goes to work every day. He also comes home for lunch and a short nap. The puppy needs socializing so twice a week she gets dropped off at puppy daycare to play and be with other dogs. Every day I drive my granddaughter to school, into town. She could take the bus but she has a book backpack and a sports bag to carry and the bus ride takes an hour. So I get up at 5:00, feed the animals, have my coffee, catch up on my mail, write in my journal, and start breakfast. From there the next two hours are driving, errands and then home. Frankly, I’m tired, my arthritis kicks in and I need a sit down with my tea. Then household chores, put the frozen crockpot meal in the crockpot for lunch and dash out to my studio for about an hour of work. Lunch, nap for me too then finish up household chores, start dinner, get puppy from daycare, dinner, pick up granddaughter from whatever sport we are now on. Clean up kitchen, fall into my comfy chair, cats and dog pile on, watch an episode of some show with hubby and then bed. I have so many plans of things I would like to do but finding more time in the day is harder than I thought. BUT, LIFE IS GOOD and I am blessed with a beautiful granddaughter, a loving husband of 57 years and attentive pets. Lol
Oh my goodness darling I am in absolute awe of what you achieve every day! Love is clearly your driver…your husband and your granddaughter. You’re both amazing and I hope that at some point your arthritis no longer pains you and you both have the time you need to rest. Much love to you all , you’re incredible. Imi xxx
@@sewdesune2050 Darling, this community we’re creating is full of inspirational women doing things that are not the norm. We get on with things despite health issues or financial restraints. We’re awesome! 🥰 it’s so lovely you are a part of that . Much love ❤️ to you and yours, Imi xxx
I have been following the principles of the "Five Habits of Highly Productive People" for about 30 years. Once I retired I quit that and was lost without a purpose, so I went back to principles. I list of what I want to do every week and write in a calendar what I achieved that day. I got a puppy and we have to walk at 7:20am every morning. I need a morning routine, because it will set the pace for the entire day. Start the day reading and you will be on the couch all day. Start the day with a short walk and a some form of movement, you will move all day.
Utterly brilliant darling….if only I hadn’t stopped when I retired 🙄 . I’m absolutely buzzing with activity this last week. And can’t wait to get things done! Much love to you and yours ❤ Imogen xxx
Puppy aka an exercise machine with hair. 😉 I can't take credit for that saying. It was part of an ad campaign that made its way to fitness magazines in the 1990s. 😊
Since I’ve retired I’m having a hard time getting up to get started! I’ve had Covid where I was in the hospital for 16 days. I had back surgery. I have severe arthritis. I just don’t feel good but you’re right. I’ve just got to get my act together and get going! Thank you, you’re inspiring me!
Oh my goodness darling you HAVE been through the wars haven't you! You poor soul. I absolutely feel for you. Let me know if you manage to get your act together and how you're doing...we oldies have to inspire each other don't we...and share tips on how we're achieving getting going! Much love Imi xxx ❤
I have a daily checklist of generalities that I try to accomplish daily. Garden, declutter, clean, read, journal, meditate, exercise, etc etc. a total of 18 things currently. I’m liberal with how I interpret each item. Clean would be something like deep clean the stove or it could be just dusting one bookshelf. I toss the checklist every day so I don’t ruminate on what I didn’t do.
What a great idea darling....it seems to me like you're doing way more than I was until I got my act together! I'm still writing each 'to do' item on a small post it note so that I can throw those individual items away once I've done them...however, whatever works is my motto and clearly it's working for both of us! I think we should give ourselves a big pat on the back frankly ❤☺ Much love to you and yours, Imi xxx
Your video just popped up on my feed, and I really enjoyed watching. It seems like we all struggle with the idea of staying productive when our schedules become our own and we’re left to our own devices. It seems to be human nature, but you are an inspiration for tackling it head on. Thanks for posting on this subject.
I'm so pleased I have darling...it's already having a positive effect on how I am feeling or that might also be the methylene blue but I can definitely feel it!. Much love Imi xxx❤
Great to find this channel. Im 68 and live alone in rural England. Im quite isolated since i can no longer drive. I want to sell up and move nearer my daughter and grandson but cant muster up the energy. Ive decluttered so much from my victorian cottage but cant imagine a future life.
Angela darling, it’s so lovely to have you in our little club! ❤ I always say decluttering is a bit like how you eat an elephant 🐘…just one bite at a time. So even if you set your goal for the day as one drawer, then you’ve achieved something that you can build on. I wish that you lived near me so I could come and help you xxx❤ Love to you and yours Imi xxx
Your video popped up in my feed, and it was so nice to see a woman close to my age (66) talking about things that have been on my mind lately. I too have recently decided to get up earlier (6:30). I’ve always been more of a morning person and know if it’s not done before noon then it probably wouldn’t get done! I’ve enjoyed your chat.
Goodness gracious Shirley, you’re definitely hardcore getting going at 06.30! What a legend! In fact you’re inspiring me to do the same tomorrow morning! I’m mid way massacring my garden (aka getting it ready for winter) so I need to get a good run at it! 😂 I’m a morning person too darling! Much love to you and yours Imi xx❤
Oh my goodness darling...I was the same!!! Since starting this whole thing I have managed to get sooooo much done! It's feeling like I've got my mojo back! 😁 xxx
Not editing is just fine with me! Glad you’re feeling better. Having a routine is so important for me, so I cheer you on for giving that a try yourself. I deleted IG a few years ago & never started TIKTOK. I do have to limit my time on YT. Got to get showered & dressed for the day bc I’m going to celebrate my best friend’s birthday at noon.
Did you have a lovely time celebrating yesterday darling? My internet went down in our area on Monday and Virgin Media says it won’t be fixed until the 18th 😩 so I’m having to use my phone to reply to everyone and it takes me ages 😩as it’s such a small keyboard….im not like my daughter Katie who can text at a million miles an hour 😂. Love to you and yours darling, Imi xxx
Greetings from your friend on the Treasure Coast of Florida ❤❤❤ Wow. You are rocking this now. Makes me so happy lots of us are joining you. Much deserved.
For me since l have retired with getting up at 6 every morning. It’s quite nice not to have a routine and clock watch. But l can really see where you are coming from. So an interesting chat. Thank you
I'm the same Brenda, I have started sleeping in later especially so because my husband tends to sleep in very late into the day! But I've always been in a happier place when I achieved lots in my day, so that was beginning to slip away. Now 08.00 is the latest I will get up and I'm definitely feeling the new strength of purpose I have since starting the methylene blue! Much love Imi xxx❤
I swear it's the methylene blue! I have absolutely noticed a massive difference in myself since starting to take it! Way more alert, confident even and getting so much more done! Watch this space as they say...I've got another video coming out at 21.00 and I'm astonished I've gone from not really wanting to make content to making 3 videos in the last two days! 😳 Long may it continue! Lovely chatting with you as well darling and thank you for giving me the advice too xxx ❤
Hi, a 64 year young Englishman living in Illinois here. I stumbled upon your interesting videos this morning. First off, I think you made a mistake in your title, I think it should have said '45 year old'. You look amazing, and it's lovely to hear your accent, not just any old English accent but a cultured, educated accent. Some recommendations for daily supplements that work well for me, Fish oil (omega 3) is great for mental clarity, I get invited on to various podcasts and I take plenty in the days before my appearance. Potassium is great for us older guys who want to stay, ahemm🤔'active'...it certainly helps me😂I love your channel.
Thank you so much dear Sir, for your very kind and generous comments. I used to take fish oils but they tended to repeat on me the entire day so had to give them up .Yes potassium is extremely good for all sorts of things! ☺️
Ugh, I have no desire to be “productive” after I retire next year. I’ve worked my arse off since I was fifteen. Just going to do what I want to do as long as I can. Then, it’ll all be over.
I totally empathise with your goal darling. When you've worked hard all your life, retirement is a goal all of it's own, when you feel you can kick back and just do what you want for probably the first time in your life. My problem was, that I had become so easily distracted that I couldn't even get the things that I loved doing, done! And that was making me feel irritated and unfulfilled...hence the need to be more productive. I do hope that your retirement brings you every happiness that you clearly deserve after working so hard all those years...you've certainly earned it darling. Much love, Imi xx ❤
I totally relate to your goal as well. I was lucky to retire young, in my early fifties, although my husband has continued to work, and I have always vacillated between the retirement “dream” of doing what I want every day, and finding more purpose and feeling more productive. I even belong to a group who’s working to figure this out and finding something purposeful to do. So far, the “dream” is winning for all of us, but honestly, after twenty years, I’d like to find more of a balance if I can figure out what that looks like.
I totally get that! My darling boy says that he relaxes for both of us as he likes nothing better that to sit and watch the TV all day long whether it's sports or something educational. I can't stand sitting around...it drives me crazy when I've been forced to because I've been unwell...but the minute I start to feel better I'm up and running again. That said, for a while I had become unproductive because I had sooooo many things on my list that I didn't know what to start doing so I did none of them and then felt miserable! 🙄 Much love Imi xxx
What sort of planner do you use sweetie? I tend to have all of my ‘things to do’ on separate small pieces of paper on my kitchen worktop. Then each time I get something done ✔️ I get to throw a piece of paper away! Much love Imi ❤xxx
@ I have a very large planner that is spiral bound I tried to take a picture, but then couldn't seem to post it on here. I'm not the best with technology, but basically it has the month the whole month on two huge pages then for the week the left side has meal plan groceries to do list goals then the other side of that is broken down today so it gives me space to right tasks and today I enjoyed.
6 am wake up time. No TV at home. Morning 20 min walk. Watercolour painting learning. Drawing learning. Gardening. Decluttering home, wardrobe, and kitchen utensils stuff. No processed food. Don’t listening/staying around/ to people who complain.
My goodness darling you are the person I would strive to become! I am clearly a novice but as time goes by and bit by bit I manage my inattention... I'm improving. Now I have the "Gold Standard " to aim for and you are definitely it ! Much love to you and yours, Imi xxx❤
It would take me a year to decclutter and thoroughly clean my apartment these days.. I get it. I have different medical issues, but I like to take vitamins and find out if I can help myself naturally first. This is my first time Watching you and I think you are great.
Stumbled upon this video and thought it was one of the best inspirational I’ve watched. Helped me a lot , as I suffer from silent episodes of epilepsy and have various neurological disorders . I am 66 and now a pensioner. I’m going to make a new daily routine for myself with lots of self care and declutter. Thank you so much I have now subscribed to your channel . ❤😊
Thank you so much darling. It's a whole week since I started taking Methylene Blue and continue to feel the benefits of it. I would urge you to have a look at Chase Hughes' channel and the videos dealing with his temporal lobe epilepsy. It will certainly give you a lot of food for thought and who knows you could derive the same results as he did if that were a route you wished to take and as long as you weren't on any antidepressants or amitriptyline type tablets as they are contra-indicated with Methylene Blue. I am continuing with it and do actually feel the change in myself and my energy and focus. Much love to you and yours, Imi xxx
I get up at 5 am. I can’t sleep late. My struggle is not having enough to do to fill my day. My husband works long hours. My house is decluttered and easy to keep clean.
Oh darling, days do stretch out when you don’t have things to do don’t they. My darling boy says that I make work for myself by constantly looking for it. Luckily, I have a garden to tend and that occupies my time when I’m not thinking about videos. Just a thought….have you thought about making your own channel? I could be your first subscriber . Much love, Imi ♥️xx
@singerjo5791 I've found volunteering enriches my life as well as the place/people where i volunteer. I choose something I'm interested in and the time that works for me.
They do don’t they! Plus as you either tick off the items or in my case for the last two days where I’ve transferred my list onto small prices of paper… I get to throw away a piece of paper each time a task gets done….so satisfying! 😊 xxx❤
im 4 years younger than you. I had to have an early bird routine for over twenty yrs, when I had a young family in those days but I'm a real night owl naturally. So now, not having to get up early, my children have flown the nest, I am self employed and can work without a lot of restrictions. So I am lucky in that respect. I enjoy the privilege of getting up later, I start my day later, but its a natural way for me. Its freedom, for me that I don't follow the norm. So everyone to what feels comfortable to them. I still get eyebrows raised that I am not up at the crack of 8, but I don't care anymore as I can do what I want to do.
That sounds perfect darling, I applaud you! That is precisely why I changed my getting up time to 08.00! We have to listen to our own bodies when we have the opportunity to don't we. My darling boy said last night that he prefers to lean on something, rather than stand, sit rather than lean, and lie down rather than sit! He likes to lie-in every day and he's still fit as a fiddle....I get up and am busy all day and have so many health issues! I take him up tea and he gets up when he wants and that's fine too. I think at 84 he's earned the right to do what he wants too ! 😊 Much love to you and yours, Imi xxxx❤
Oh thank you. Somehow lately your videos are not showing up in my feed. I have to research Methylene Blue...new to me. Your garden is so sweet and tidy. I too have a fig tree. It is in my polytunnel. The fruit ripens but is insipid. Last year I prubed it so hard I hoped to kill it, but no...this year it came back bigger than ever. Good luck with your new regime. It is probably a much better time to start new routines now that in January xxxx
Ooh darling thank you for the fig tree warning! I shall drill holes into the stumps...in fact now that I think of it I will cut it down even further and then drill the holes into the stump and then hammer in some of the stump killer thing I purchased for some other stumps I have in my garden..namely the massive ones from the ivy we had growing up our ash tree! Forewarned is forearmed darling, thank you so much! It's interesting that you haven't been seeing any of my videos coming up in your feed...do you have the little bell icon clicked as that might help? Methylene blue is definitely having a positive effect on how I'm feeling. this morning as I lay in bed I realised just how alert I felt and it was only 06.00! I don't seem to be feeling nearly as tired as I used to! So much so that I'm decluttering my kitchen today and hopefully will put the video of up today! Much love to you and yours darling Gil and thank you for the fig tree advice! xxxx❤
Thank you so much Chase 🙏🏻. From one person with a brain problem to another, I’m learning so much from you and your channel content 😌. You are inspiring!
Really interesting to hear how you structured your days! I've started breaking my productive time to between ten am and two pm and it's helping me work my way out of a bind. It's also nice to hear you speak about Chase Hughes, the body language guy, and your experiences with methylene blue. He may have been receiving intravenous infusionss, but the fact you notice an improvement in cognitive function after three days has my interest piqued.
Oh my goodness darling, well done on your 4hour window of action and activity. I listened to Chase again and he said that he takes tablets…there was a link to the company I think in the description bit. I have to say, I did actually notice some difference the first day of taking the methylene blue and the improvement has continued exponentially ever since! I actually feel like I have my ‘MOJO’ back! xx❤
@@TheNumber1LadiesClub-lf9yc wow, what a profound result! Thanks for watching his video again to confirm that he takes pills and even how he gets them. :). I used to restock O.R. carts and recall that methylene blue was one of the IV items on it and basically never got used. I could be wrong there, but it's hard to get mixed up about a glass ampoule of intense blue liquid don't you think? :) I think that video from Chase was the same one he described receiving melatonin suppositories and that changed everything for him. Wasn't able to find info on where to acquire them.
I would urge you to discuss with your GP that you are taking this methylene blue, it may have adverse side effects thst interact with your medication, this would be the same for anyone con sidering this stuff. Please speak to your GP.
Thank you for your care and concern. However, I always do my own thorough medical research prior to taking any new supplements…not just on RUclips but also published medical articles. I don’t take anything that would be contraindicated so feel that I am fine. Much love to you and yours, Imi xx
I would like to reed by age 55 ( I’m 49 years old now). I have already begun my retirement career while working a job full-time that way the transition is easier
Goodness me, that’s so wonderful that you’re planning and already doing positive things for your future self. It’s to be admired! Much love to you and yours, Imi xx
Have been trying to change my life too and implement an early routine with my energy constraints. Can I ask what rebounder you have, I’m so confused when I look them up. Also I need a ‘mini chain saw’ my lavender plants are huge and woody (and my hands are too painful to use secateurs and I want to start looking after my garden again), it would be helpful if you could guide me here too. Many thanks. P.s decluttered my food cupboard yesterday…popped it in two bags, walked it down the lane to a lady collecting for food bank, felt great to get stuff out of my house.
Oh my goodness darling you were busy yesterday! And yes, does't if feel good when you get stuff out of your house...I actually feel lighter! Now to the mini chainsaw. I bought mine from the TikTok shop but as I o longer have the app I have just looked them up on Amazon. They aren't that expensive and all look the same. There is one on the Uk Amazon store that is blue and is called the Mini Chainsaw 6 Inch, Peektook Cordless Chainsaw with 2 Large Capacity Battery & 2 Chains, Light Weight Battery Chainsaw Electric, Small Chain Saw with Safety Lock and Strong Motor for Tree Trimming. If you're in America then perhaps you could copy and paste that part into the Amazon search bar. I too find using my secateurs problematic so I saw somebody on RUclips using electric secateurs with batteries and spare chains and they went through woody branches like butter. So I looked those up on Amazon and they had those too! This one has a batteries included: Vonhaus 7.2V Cordless Pruner - Gardening Shears/Hand Secateurs - Trim Tree Twigs, Shrubs & Plant Stems - Cut Through Hardwood Up to 25Mm Thick Perhaps I should do a video on my gardening tools as I have so many health issues but don't let it stop me from gardening? I used to suffer with my forearms and thumbs being painful all of the time. Then I started taking high doses of Vitamin D every day 10,000 i.u. as a minimum and the pain disappeared. If I stop taking it then the pain returns....just a thought for you to try? Most people are vitamin d deficient . Much love Imi xxxxx❤
I forgot to tell you about my rebounder so here I am again! 🙄 This is the one I've purchased: CLORIS 40''/48'' Foldable Fitness Trampoline - Max Load 400lbs / 450lbs, Rebounder with Adjustable Foam Handle Indoor/Outdoor Fitness Body Exercise. I bought this one as it has bungee cords instead of springs. I wanted the cords because they're quiet unlike the springs which are incredibly noisy!! Hope this helps sweetie. I find it really good and from everything I've read it does help with the muscles all over your body with minimum impact. Love Imi xxx
Two weeks and you've arrived from your journey and now you'll live happily ever after.... sounds like a typical adhd brain. Tell me all about this in a year.
It certainly should have darling 😂 and today I had the chainsaw massacre going on again but this time with Palm ! 😳…..some old ladies just shouldn’t be let loose in the garden 😂 xxx
You know, darling...I have no idea as I've never been tested. However, my two daughters definitely think I am. I don't seek an official diagnosis as I can't see how going through all that rigamarole would benefit me. I wouldn't take any medication they might give me as I take so much at the moment and I just accept that I have certain challenges, as those around me accept me suddenly going off on a tangent, getting fixated on something and then being easily distracted by yet another 'Shiny Thing'. I wasn't like this until the menopause hit....so my girls look at me and think "Oh my goodness...is this what's coming down the road???"😂😳And yet they remain supportive and I continue to make them laugh 😊. Much love Imi xxx❤
@TheNumber1LadiesClub-lf9yc I understand. You might find some humour and comfort in the literature or videos. I'm finding myself quite entertained in recognising things about myself. Menopause is certainly illustrating my own ADHD differently than before. Honestly it's a bit of a 'shiny thing' for me to be learning more about it. 😄 Apologies if that was an overly personal question but my "radar" has me viewing through my own lense recently. I enjoyed your explanations of finding something that works for you.
Oh darling! I don't worry at all about it at all. I don't take myself too seriously and don't expect anyone else to either.😂 What I'm realising is that life is way too short to beat yourself up over the smallest things...having said that I still, like you, I worry that I might have inadvertently upset someone by a comment I've left or something I have said. I think over-thinking comes with the menopause too 🤔🙄 and when I eventually tell that person, they hadn't even noticed. My daughters constantly rib me mercilessly about my shiny thing behaviours but the oldest one is beginning her menopause 😓and often says that she understands me more now that she's going through it herself. It's a process and we all have to go through it in one way or another...but it's so much better if you can see the funny side don't you think? 🥰 Much love to you darling , Imi xxx
Do you have a strategy for making yourself far more productive than you normally are? I loved to hear about it!
Yes, I do have: watching inspiring videos😉! I’m almost 70 and after retiring and some illnesses I’m putting myself together , developing new skills to train not only my body, but my brain, too. My reading hour is a ceremony with tea and, in winter times, with candlelight, especially on grey days. I meet friends for a tea or a walk, but not every day. On Fridays I go to a painting class.
Imi xxx
You sound pretty productive to me.
Wow, that's a lot! Your family is lucky to have you. Hang in there and be sure to take good care of yourself too ❤
Wow! You do really great! ❤️ 😊

@TheNumber1LadiesClub-lf9yc Thank you for sharing your story! Many people are experiencing the same thing and need inspiration.
Puppy aka an exercise machine with hair. 😉
I can't take credit for that saying.
It’s so nice to find someone who is relatable and intelligent on RUclips! I’m looking forward to more of your videos.
Oh thank you so much for such a kind comment darling xx
Your video just popped up on my feed, and I really enjoyed watching. It seems like we all struggle with the idea of staying productive when our schedules become our own and we’re left to our own devices. It seems to be human nature, but you are an inspiration for tackling it head on. Thanks for posting on this subject.
Moving away from the click bait algorithms on these platforms is such a healthy thing to do. Well done, Imi.

Very interesting and fun! I'm your age and I've never been so unproductive.... I need a routine!
Oh my goodness darling...I was the same!!! Since starting this whole thing I have managed to get sooooo much done! It's feeling like I've got my mojo back! 😁 xxx
I appreciate that you are real and honest! I can relate to that.
Thank you sweetheart. To be anything other than you describe would help no one and all I want to do is help people ♥️ xxx
@ yes, it was so nice to be together! Sorry about your internet. I understand about typing on the phone. My daughter is a speed demon on hers too.
Greetings from your friend on the Treasure Coast of Florida ❤❤❤ Wow. You are rocking this now. Makes me so happy lots of us are joining you. Much deserved.
Thank you sweetheart. I do hope I can continue to improve the entertainment value on this channel. ❤xxx
Thank you for sharing your lovely garden with us 💕
You're very welcome sweetheart....do you like the way I carefully trimmed a little off my fig tree?🤣 Love to you and yours darling xxxx
Your garden is so beautiful, dear Imi and there was a relaxed and different feel to the video today.
Lovely chatting with you! ❤
Much love, Imi xx
❤
I love my planner! I feel accomplished by the end of the day. I must admit that I am on social media too much and definitely need to cut back.
@@TheNumber1LadiesClub-lf9ycWOW! I love this!

I love your cupboards! You don't need to change a thing! Loved your video.
Thank you darling! Do you mean the shelves behind me in the video (from Ikea) or the ones downstairs in my studio? xxx
Your garden looks lovely Imi, even after you've pruned your fig tree!😂
Hmmm...you think I over did it a bit? 🤣
Such useful information! Thank you
You're very welcome ! xxx
Loved your video! I too have lists, and I have done for almost 40 years! They work! Love your honesty! Thank you for sharing your story …❤
My first time on your channel. Will be looking forward to your videos!
Thank you so much darling for your support. I will try very hard to keep you entertained. Much love , Imi xxxx♥️
Much love to you and yours darling Gil and thank you for the fig tree advice! xxxx❤

Oh darling girl, you are so kind! Thank you so much! xxx❤ Imi xxx
I think that video from Chase was the same one he described receiving melatonin suppositories and that changed everything for him.

Are you ADHD? Some of your comments and reflections sound like it might be something to consider.
