Hi sis, what do you think of The Thompson Method? They talk about the first 3 hours after birth being the most crucial Would be great to hear your thoughts on / review of it if you check it out
I bought the course for my daughter's birth 2.5 years ago. it didn't work at all for me. she refused to latch completely so the whole "letting them come to you on their own" thing didn't work at all for us.
I think it’s a great method if it works for you but the thing about breastfeeding is that it all depends on your baby. Sometimes, they need a little more support and sometimes YOU need a little more support so trying to stick to one method may cause you to be more stressed because maybe you or baby don’t flow with that method and you have to mix and match a lot of other things.
Here at the hospital trying to get a deeper latch! Talk about timing! Thanks!
I hope this helps! Congratulations, mama!!
perfect timing. 1 wk PP and figuring out breastfeeding and wanting to to exclusively breastfeed this time around.
yup. side lying saved my life 😂
