Just a quick observation and suggestion: Instructional video would be more effective and less frustrating if the featured products labels were consistently facing-up and clearly shown towards the viewer.
FYI: when showing us the labels. Have them facing upwards as you would actually be reading them to yourself, that way we can see exactly instead of the products facing towards your wall! Just so you know 😊
lol your right I should have turned the video facing the opposite direction, those bottles are meant to be facing down so the content is ready to be squeezed they are sold at Jerrys Artarama the intent is to have less air so it most be keeper upside down, the opening is a rubber that opens when squeezed Thanks for been here 💐💐
Great job! 👍 Can you give an approximate mixing ratio of pouring medium to a soft body tube paint like Liquitex, Arteza, etc.? Appreciate all your work putting these videos together.
Thanks so much for your comment ❤ Since all paints of any brand have different consistency and density it’s hard to have an exact ratio, opaque paints will thicken up more than a semi- transparent or transparent acrylics, a soft body or high flow are my preferred choice, I start with a 3parts pouring medium 1 part paint, to thin if needed I don’t add more gloss varnish of any type, too much gloss will make your cells spread and get larger and wonky during tilting or spinning. My choice is gel gloss medium, I add Golden Wetting agent diluted in water 1/4 once to 8 once’s of water, this won’t disturb the integrity of your acrylics due to the gel medium has acrylic polymers, mix 1/1 ratio let it rest overnight then stir fully and let it rest for bobble prevent bubbles, this is my consistency solution, if you need further assistance with the bloom technique please don’t hesitate to contact me on messenger for a face to face guide Thank you for your support ❤ hope this was helpful
I'm a bit confused. You mention US Floetrol but are showing the Austraila Floetrol container. Would you clarify for me and others? Thanks and Thank you for your tutorial.
Hi. You showed three process. At the end you poured white house paint with the colours and cell activator on it. What about the mixer in the big hug? When or where would you use that?
nice job. You've been very clear and easy to follow. I did hear you mention that Jo Sonja could be used to create a cell activator. What would be the ratio and how would you compare it to Aussie or even USA Floetrol? thankyou :-)
I use USA Floetrol and yes Amsterdam, JoSonjas and Atelier work very well for the Cell Activator..4 tsp US Floetrol..1 tsp Amsterdam titanium white or Lamp black or Oxide Black..I full dropper acrylic ink..5 drops water to start..15 drops Minwax pre stain woos conditioner..1/2 tsp PVA Glue mix very well, make small batches store on a 2 once squeeze bottle, you can refresh the CA after 3 days with a small squirt of Floetrol and a few drops of oil 2 drops water …feel free to ask any questions 🌹thanks for your support ❤️
one or the other for the Behr 8300 my new ratios are 3 to 1 1/2 polyurethane for or 1/1 minx 3x thick equal to varathane triplethick I was having problem with my paint cracking or having texture problems at the edges after stretching so I stoped using the polycrylic, I think the surface was drying too fast, you can find the Minwax 3x thick for about 17.00 on sale at Amazon vs Varathane 26.00$ at home Depot, thanks for been here💐💐
Lol, I don’t see it upside down ?? I used an overhead recording tripod, you see what I see, I really appreciate your support and comment but I don’t know what you mean, please explain, thanks 🙏

Very pretty 😍
Such a pretty bloom! Brilliant! Have a wonderful day ❤

Maybe if you turned the bottles around as if you were looking at them they wouldn't be upside down for us ☺️ just a thought

Great training. Just curious what the added ink does? First time I’ve seen that
Amazing work my friend 👏
Great work. 👏👏👏
Just a quick tip, if you pour your thinner mediums first, then the thick stuff the mixing is so much easier to combine 💜🔆
Thanks for the tip!
Yes lol i did tried that after your suggestion thanks so much 💐
Great job! 👍

Great info Milly.
Where did you buy the squeeze bottles you use.
Great tutorial. Are you using the water or oil based wood conditioner?
Great tutorial.... Ty💕
I do have a question though with the pillow you said use house paint house paint and nothing else added. Is that correct?
That seems like a lot of product to buy for a beginner?
You should mention that the verathane and the min wax are both water based.

Milly this is a fantastic, tutorial video. Great job.❣

nice explanation, but everything is upside down. Lol
What's with bottle oupside down?
Lots of good questions, I don’t see any answers.
I don’t know if I could accurately measure this out
shelee somewhere said high gloss is not necessary
Where did you get the cup you mixed your ca in ?

Hey Milly 👋
Did you actually say what you mix your paints with?
Would you suggest half polyurethane have polycrylic? Or simply one or the other? TYIA

Why do you have US Floetrol in the description but you’re using Aussie Floetrol??
Im only using US Floetrol for the Cell Activator
You’re showing everything upside down. LOL 😂
Lol, I don’t see it upside down ?? I used an overhead recording tripod, you see what I see, I really appreciate your support and comment but I don’t know what you mean, please explain, thanks 🙏
