Great advice! Someone with 2 or 3 real estate deals can help someone with 0 deals, and the ones with 5 to 10 can help the ones with 2 to 3 and so on. Imposter syndrome is so frustrating. I have created a couple of poetry books and a handful of activity books. I have only sold about 200 books in total, so I feel like an imposter when on my blog I want to share some of the mistakes I have made. Even though I know it can help someone else save money, I feel like an imposter because I am not a big time, successful author. This video was very helpful because it reminded me that I might not have the knowledge of a major author, but as someone who is just starting out, I am still very familiar with the fears of those who want to take the first step in making their dreams a reality, and maybe by sharing my fears and mistakes I can help them. And I can help them even more by sharing informative videos such as yours with them. Thanks for sharing another great video and I hope that you have a wonderful weekend.
Also - you've sold 200 books whereas someone coming to you might be wondering how to sell their first one! When I launched Book Launchers I had only written and published two books. I had never REALLY helped anyone else with their book although I'd been a collaborator and contributor on 6 other books - mostly traditionally published books. It would have been easy for me to believe I couldn't launch a services firm but instead I focused on all the people who wouldn't want to do what I had already done to learn ALL the stuff I had to learn AND I surrounded myself with people who could help me build the company. Sometimes we think we have to be the one to have the answers but we don't!
