spider bud increases bleed infliction, and since shed be the only one with charge she can use use w corp hong lu and r corp meursalt's support passives, letting her go first consistently to use her waw ego on all enemies to deal 15 bleed potency to all enemies/parts so shes probably meta for nails team

It's for MD gifts that give charge. Like a maxed out Thunderbanch will give her 7 of her two status counts randomly split at the start of combat.
Just for clarity/to answer the question, she's not *actually* a charge ID. Though the Multicrack photocharge status giving her extra status charges is pretty funny lmao.
