I do love leads, but I think this is the worst thing you can do to demo some gear. In the leads 90% of the sound is in the fingers. Put a bit of delay and reverb and anything will sound good in the hand of a lead master. That just why if I wanna compare some gear before buy I go to the kyle bull channel and A/B the sound! Its just the best channel to compare gear so thx Kyle!

A lot of the time when I hear arguments about amps not having enough low end, I think about the fact that at these price points the amps are for professionals, either recording or playing live. And that low end would be removed in mixing anyway. It makes the amps more suitable as professional tools. Whether it sounds kick ass in your bedroom playing by yourself isn't really a concern for most of the audience for these amps.

Kyle! I’ve been watching your channel for well over a year now, love all of your demos. Would you ever consider doing a dialing in a modern metal tone amp tutorial? I know you did one with a vintage amp, but it would be cool to see a video demonstrating the how-tos on a more typical amp such as 5150, 6505, EVH, etc.

Tried out the ENGL fireball 25 and sent it back . I believe it was damaged in shipping, not much gain, lots of noise even with gate full. Had some intense volume swells . Got scared off on trying another and went with a Mesa Badlander . Maybe I need the full size ENGL 🤷‍♂️

i have this amp. i don't like the tone shift button much. makes it to mid focused for metal stuff. i never kick it in. live on a engl i just crank the mids since they are somewhat scooped. Live i mostly use the special ed without any boost in front. on the lead channel i use the mid boost on the se tough, just for that bit extra you know. The engl inferno is also cool, but i'm not really shaking hands with it tough.

I'm hearing what everybody else hears, ear piercing brittle treble, and tinniness, and wimpy Bass..
When Engl incorporates all the different sculpting features like the Savage MK 2 has into the Inferno, and adds a great bass sculpting feature, and pretty much everything else you said, THEN, I'm going to buy The Inferno.. right now it's just too much on the high end frequency for me to spend that kind of money
