With all due respect to Mr.CKN and his knowledge. I bought this Sugar Life product and used for more than a year. I monitored using Continuous Glucose Monitor with this product and with other low GI sugars (like Nattu sakkarai, Jaggary, Honey, etc.). This product doesn't reduce sugar level. Its slightly bitter taste and doesn't mix easily. I stopped using it and changed to Monk Fruit.
