Thank you for opening my eyes and my heart to the differences of sadness. Not many people want to acknowledge unless it's child. Mommy and daddy or guardian takes care of my sadness. The difference between each three you mentioned about are crucial any persons development especially spiritual. I wish 🙏 this is discussed more especially around older and the elderly. They may deny 🚫 and that's natural response from a human being even to share❤. Please don't forget this even if ever changed from priesthood. If you stay hopefully not to impress family or friends

Accepting and understanding why I am sad takes maturity. Is experience sadness, creates more happiness. Adversary, the devil strengthen herself or himself from human beings sadness. Taking back ownership of our sadness and we strengthen our joy spiritually include being happy through the mediator advocacy, Jesus Christ. 🙏📖😇

This is something I have only recently come to see and its only by the grace of God that I now know that self pity is a terrible and destructive thing. If you look at the world what you see is so many people are immersed in self pity, the victim mentality. People will list their afflictions, depression, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar etc and what this does is it traps them in victimhood, they dont actually look for solutions instead they look for sympathy. I know so many people who hate it when a solution is offered to them for their problems, because really they want to be given sympathy to infinity. This is a trap because the more you feel sorry for yourself the less you will actually accomplish in life and bear fruit for the kingdom of God. Look at Joseph, he had every reason to fall into self pity but he never did, instead he claimed after all was said and done, "You meant it for harm but God meant it for good". No matter what happens, resist the urge to feel sorry for yourself, instead remember Joseph and keep moving forward.
