You can simply rock the clear plastic covers back and forth (L-R) width-wise, and they'll pop right off. O fingernails or sharp instruments needed. I found this out within the first 20 minutes of trying to figure out how to use. Mine is a different brand, but the protection covers are basically the same. Hope this helps.

I've have one (NK 908) for about a year. Have not used it yet because I didn't know how. Thanks for the info. Also have no trouble with getting the covers off, I just tilt it and they come right off. If I pull they don't come off. Thanks again!

For my Samsung galaxy s9+ is not working there is no app to download and you can't insert micro SD card, basically it is for iPhone

Mine comes off much easier now. Was just really tight at the beginning.

The app is not compatible with my Samsung 6.0 android, so I can't download it. The packaging suggests that it is usable with android. Returning it.

The i-flash app is not in the Play Store probably because it isn't compatible.
