These ones I like the most, because it's just like in real life: tons of factors that can alter the outcome all happening at once. It's constantly changing and makes you wonder what's going to happen next. A fantastic drive. ;)

@@jukebox9175 we have similar DR right now but don’t let that fool you, Super GT would be 15k higher DR level than this lobby if he put the same time into practice as I did for this race. He’s very very quick and consistent

I will say that the previews of gt7 r really making want to buy a PS5 just to experience what is looking like the most spectacular video game of this sort....ever. I'm not a gamer per se but, gt7 looks pretty unbelievable. It's something drivers at heart have a very difficult time putting down.

One of the best things my father taught me when he was teaching me about racing games at 4 years old, "no matter what place you're in, always drive like you're in last place and you still want to win."

I don't get it... why you need to change your tires 2 times on 15 lap race... I really hope GT7 will have at one type of real length racing in real time and maybe endurance races in real time
Each race has specific requirements on what tyres you must use. Some races don’t require a change, some 1 change and In this race it required all 3 tyres to be used which added to the strategy. In the race details you may see a multiplier beside tyre wear like x7 so basically this means 1 lap in the race is the equivalent of 7 laps tyre wear in real life. Eg in this race Steve talks about 6 laps on softs feeling difficult that’s because it has the equivalent tyre wear of maybe 42 laps of tyre wear in real life. I agree full length races would be fun, but this method of a 30 minute race with multiplier on tyre wear allows you to race several times in a day while adding tyre / fuel strategies. Hope that made some sense 🤔😂

I'm far away from being a good race driver so sorry for dumb question but aren't you using too much of an ABS? I think that if the system jumps in it makes your tiers gone quicker. Being more gentle on break pedal might be more efficent (ABS lowers the pressure anyway so its not like you will lose some breaking potential). Great videos, waiting for more. Cheers mate!

Got to me too haha, he practically taught me how to play this game 18 months ago with his Lewis Hamilton track guide and it helped me get silvers so it’s a real privilege to get racing him now Iv improved. Iv raced Steve twice now and both times Iv plebbed it under the pressure 😭 - maybe 3rd time lucky 🍀🙂
i love the fact that you dont win every race but pretty consistently put up a good fight it makes it so much more fun to watch because you never know what the hell is going to happen in these videos. keeps me coming back

It just shows how much stress the race strategists in racing go through. Being able to pick your fights and nailing the right strategy.

i was watching this video in california working the nightshift when super GT qualified on pole. absolutely scintillating stuff.
And I ran another on my alt in a Ferrari. Whoa. All I could do to fight for 10th from Pole position. That thing eats rear tires at an alarming rate!
