    The Routine :)
    12 table tops on one side
    12 table tops on the other side
    12 sunrises
    12 eagle ups
    12 single leg lifts
    (with Resistance band)
    12 glute bridges with 10 pulses at the end
    12 single leg glute bridges with 10 pulses at the end on one side
    12 single leg glute bridges with 10 pulses at the end on the other side
    12 squats with 3 pulses at the end of each one
    12 curtsey lunge with 1 pulse at the end of each one
    Repeat 2-3 times
