Thank you for documenting and putting up these videos. I'm a middle aged former college wrestler and I'm an assistant coach at local high school that my son wrestles for. I've coached him all his life as well as my older son who was a two time state champ. I encourage my sons to grow in the sport and learn from other coaches as well or even youtube. Your videos are awesome and both of my sons and I love watching them. BTW, I love the Cuban warmups. I used to train with former Cuban wrestler Alexis Villa in Miami and he use to do similar warmups, LOL. We are rooting for you to get gold.
