The Gully never rise that high but its a possibility

Daniel it is not a good idea to live along the gully, reason being these areas are prone to flooding, these gullies are parts of the drainage system of the urban areas, that carries the water to the sea, thus they have to stay open. Now regarding people dumping dead animals and garbage in these gullies is totally wrong, nasty and inconsiderate, and at the same destroying the environment of Jamaica and the world

Yes I know but we afto remember and considering the poverty suffering and lacking we came up with, even now we cannot do better, so what you guys are saying not even that, there is no space nothing for the poor black people 🤔
