guys, thanks for the video's. I enjoy them very much. My suggestion for you.. how about ''gear first'' when thinking of who to sound like? - for example, start with the question - ''who uses Laney amps?'' or, "which bands use a combination of acoustic and electric guitars for their songs''? - It would get past ye-olde gear combo's we've seen lots of times now.

Sounding like Mayhem or Burzum BY busting the bank would be funny, they used such shitty gear in the 90's that you could probably sound better with a Line 6 Spider.

Black Stone Cherry BY busting the bank (so you can get the PRS Chris Robertson and do the Lonely Train solo with a Vox Wah cos that's what he used in the video) and before you start roaring IT'S SOUNDS LIKE NOT LOOKS LIKE, i don't give a fuck!
Iron Maiden BY busting the bank (so you can get the Dave Murray Fender cos it wasn't fair that matt could get the Adrian Smith but rabea had to use a shitty HSH strat without a floyd rose) once again i don't care if it's sound like and not looks like
Metallica BY busting the bank (nothing wrong with the without busting i just want to see you massacre the budget with an ESP Vulture, a Mesa Rectifier and more junk, and challenge yourself to get something to replace the Randall for Kirk)
Jack White BY busting the bank (cos you couldn't get a whammy and you said "Maybe another time" so that obviously must be hinting there is gonna be a BY busting version...)
Santana BY busting the bank (cos you couldn't get a Mesa cos they're mega expensive and it'd be a great chance to rinse budget on it and this time get a backing guitar cos the solos didn't sound good with only one guitar)
Joe Satriani BY busting the bank (since Rabea was slightly dissapointed he couldn't get a JCM800 head and cab this time they can get it and get the Higher end JS2410 cos it was too expensive for the last version)

the blackstar HT 20/40 is becoming the new DSL 40
Eron Roberts personally Bruv I’ve tracked guitar with both the dsl 40 and the club 40 and mixed together it’s really a cool sound the Marshall has a bassy sound while the black star with the isf has more mid range it sounds pretty killer in a mix and I’ve finally got my buddy to use the dsl for couple gigs and he’s slowly falling in love with it so it’s not that black star is replacing the dsl they are both awesome and the mix together to our ears is pretty killer when both playing rythem and when one of us smacks a fuzz for some black stone cherry type stuff it just screams man seriously try it if u ever get the chance although the dsl may or may not have slightly less gain I’m not sure but easily fixed with a blues driver or some sort of boost and overdrive wouldn’t be needed then again depends on your rig

I think they might be putting it off because it would be really hard for the budget. Rivers used an LPJ for the dirty tones and a jaguar for the cleans, plus they had that crazy old modded mesa boogie amp. I still would like to see them try.

and i know Chris now uses PRS amplifiers over Budda, and for the wah they could get a Vox wah cos he used to use one of them a lot and i've seen he also used a Dunlop Zakk Wylde wah and a Morley from time to time, but when i heard him use the Zakk Wylde wah it was unmistakable cos of it's sheer sound and beauty

Hi Claus. Thank you for your comment, we always appreciate it. We use a Canon C100mk2 for the in store filming, should be good enough wouldn't you agree? And we kinda like the way we are filming it, "handheld", "action", "documentary" (just to add a few" style and we think it helps us add a little something extra to our otherwise clean and static cameras in our video room, that way we give you guys something a little bit more...
