I miss FL. Lived in Tampa for 9 years but came back home to NYC.
If that tire has been driven on flat it WILL have damaged the side wall AND the bead, if you take it off the rim you will see the side wall is all powdered and damaged inside
Get a New tyre, i wouldn’t trust that in any way shape or form

I’ve had stretched tires for years and years and yearssssssss. First time I’ve ever had an issue. And this is barely stretched. I daily the wagon on way more stretch and zero issue. We’ve just got something weird going on here.
@@Mk3Smith I understand, but this isn't uncommon. I am glad you have had success and love your cars and content. IMO since those wheels are so nice, I would have mounted a tire in the traditional way with a 40mm sidewall.
@@charltonmoore452 this is actually very uncommon. I’ve driven thousands of miles on stretched tires and this is the first issues I’ve ever had. Also the Cygnus is .5in wider with the same size tire and more stretch then the bbs. We’re just having issues with this one tire but it’ll get figured out.

Have the tire removed and the bead inspected. It could’ve been ripped or damaged on install
That slime stuff eats paint and will cause the wheel to wobble wouldnt keep it in there
I used clear coat on the inside of the rim edge where the tire touches
Rim 8.5 with a 215 / 30 tire 😂 fixed it like that

A 7 fin front grill and a rear window louvre would go with this old skool theme 👌
This car actually came with the 7 slot grille but all the tabs are broken so I swapped to this one. But I’d like to find a good condition 7 slot again. Rear louvres are dope!

I have a mk2 golf Gt that I'm trying to put back on the road. Do you still have contacts in Germany?.
I had the same issue with one of the rs-gt’s I have on the rs3. Had it remounted 3 times and in the end replaced all the tires with a different brand.
Should try a other brand tyre for that one wheel...liking the mk2 content
I think the barely there tire look, is not safe and looks tacky.
Adds more problems and detracts from the drive, and no rim protection.
It’s completely safe 😂 this is literally the first problem I’ve had after years of driving on stretched tires. It’s fine and will get fixed 👍🏼
