Love the theory about William Wallace being Galas first Braw Lad, Great Video, The Kirk at Lindean is a special place to see. I had a walk up to Wallaces trench last year as well its quite a sight. Keep the videos coming.

Jock Elder He was born in Ellerslie in Riccarton NOT Elderslie in Renfrewshire.Riccarton is now encompassed by Kilmarnock. His father Malcolm was born in Riccarton castle and his mother in Loudoun castle. He was a Ayrshireman and therefore a Lowlander so not a Highlander or a Borderer but most importantly he was SCOTS.
