- Canadian immigration agents are shamelessly exposing the loopholes and failures of Canada's immigration system on TikTok. Whether it is securing work permits for illegals, converitng visitor visas into work permits or using tricks to sponsor family members as "caregivers" into the country, if you ever wanted to see just how broken Canada's system is, spend a few minutes watching these shameless immigration consultants on social media.
On the latest episode of Ratio'd, Harrison Faulkner exposes some of Canada's immigration consultants and reacts to their TikTok videos.

Not only these immigration consultants should close down, but every visa, every PR that has been given to their "clients," should be taken back. The "consultants" should be banned from entering Canada again. Their clients could sue them and recover their money, but honestly, i wouldn't care less.

My taxi driver was "attending" an online course while he was driving. When I asked him what was so important, he told me he was trying to become an immigration consultant. He said he was already doing it for free. Looking at him, I didn't feel that he was a person of integrity, especially being distracted while driving and neither paying attention to the course or to the road. Canada is no longer a first world country. I need to gtfo.

I am a native born Canadian and I worked for years to get a masters degree, and when I did it still took me 6 months to secure a part time job, and another year to convert that to a full time position. My first day on the job I was one of two new hires, the other a chubby Indian teenager who first entered Canada a few months before that. I asked her how she got the job, she said there is a government program to place immigrants in jobs. Our government truly sees us as dirty peasants at best. Not surprised these consultants are making a career out of facilitating this at our expense.
They replaced all indigenous Walmart workers in Selkirk, MB and replaced them with international students from India. One of the international students felt so entitled and abused me with another one of his people (they only hire their own), which now has me shopping at stores that only hire local students who need a job. No more jobs for our school aged kids. Those days are long gone.
And you get hired in front of women or white men so imagine being white trying to get a job then
@@cindyrebillard7264and its not just school aged kids.. People who cant afford to go to school (esp if they have both parents absent or homeless ), and disabled adults rely on these jobs. Also recovering addicts or ex-homeless, people who went through a divorce and suddenly need to work to survive after 30 years a housewife, etc.

While I agree with your disappointment and anger here’s a few details you may not be aware of.
Consultants are hired for things that applicants are not aware of. For example, a candidate may provide necessary documents and supporting paperwork, but an immigration officer can deny PR or any visa without giving a reason. While many would agree that it seems fair or wonder why it should bother others, genuine applicants don’t understand the reason behind rejection. Additionally, it does put a smear on their profile when they re-apply. In India, specifically there are a lot of immigration consultants who scam people or provide ways to get to any country exploiting loopholes. Once they are in the country, people are on their own and think they’re entitled to certain rights. There are clear problems with the system but the government turns a blind eye and people take advantage of the loop holes. On the other hand, universities, colleges do have their teams in India and other countries, selling the Canadian dream and way of life and people trust them because of course- why would these people lie. I believe independent research is a must because people take loans, even sell their assets to fund their education.
The real question shouldn’t be PR or immigration, it should be education. There’s a lot of money flowing in from students not only from India but other countries which contribute to the Canadian economy. The real question should be towards the courses offered to students - whether they actually have any value in terms of securing a job, adding value to the industry and economy.
There was an independent survey done in Australia about the degrees and coursework that were created to lure students and it was found that close to 70% of the courses have no real value after graduation. They don’t result in getting any jobs but are a means to pump money through the education route. So same research should be done with these colleges and universities and see if they add any value to the economy.

These immigration agencies will make all your fake documents to convert a visitor's visa to a student visa. Some of these agencies are linked to diploma mill colleges.
I had that happen after a fraudulent job posting I applied to on indeed.
I blocked maybe 20 numbers they hack Canadian local numbers
As a legal immigrat who did everything by the book, please for the sake of this country's future, please shut down these consultants. You dont need a consultant to follow rules and legally immigtate

Was riding the bus the other day, none of these “students” got up to give an elderly woman their seat till some other old lady yelled at them…this is the new norm.
They don't respect women. I was abused by a young international student in Walmart. I refuse to go back there because he's still working there.

@@cindyrebillard7264i worked with punjabi men at a gas station and if somebody came jn to get a refund on their carwash (they would show us their car, that theres birdshyt still all over it) they would scream at the customer, berate them, threaten violence then flip them off.
Indian manager told me if i dont do the same its coming out of my cheque. I had to leave. I worked before at a station in a small town and we prided ourselves on treating customers like family. The customers knew our names, our life story, gave us christmas dinner and helpdd when we were in crisis in our lives like family. Two helpdd my mom when she was homeless to move her storage locker stuff to safety when she lost it.
I couldnt handle the contrast. Really made me mourn how it used to be.
The government could easily shut them down. Freeze their bank accounts like they did with the truckers.
Shut these Immigration Consultants immediately. If they exist, they should consult and seek permission from the Canadian government first before bringing in unconventional visitors and converting them to work visa. These are Jagmeet's recruiters. There are underhand dealings between Jagmeet and these clowns. Part of the foreign interference saga.

The problem with government is the amount of foreign immigrants that have saturated the government positions. They look after their own from within.just call any arm of government and you’ll probably be addressed by an Indian.

I'm an immigrant and I support this channel. Before I am criticised, I'm in a white collar job and pay $1500 in taxes every 2 weeks and have been doing so since the last 5 years. I never took EI, CERB, and am not smart enough for scholarships. I contribute to Canadian society to the best of my ability.
I genuinely hope there are meaningful changes to the immigration policy. For the longest time, Canada has tried to solve its productivity problems by throwing thousands of people (low cost labour) at it. All it has got for this is uncompetitive monopolies. Canada really needs skilled, educated workers, better scrutiny of applications, it needs policy changes. Immigrants won't stop coming out of the goodness of their hearts and they won't leave just because you grin at them. Make your politicians accountable. The disconnect and lack of accountability is glaring, and for a first world, educated country, it is frankly disgusting to see JT, Jagmeet and so many taking Canadians for a ride.

As a 30 year veteran of driving truck long haul i have seen the entire industry change for the worse. They park anywhere, drive unsafe with their left leg up on the dash, they drive too fast with illegal ungoverned trucks. If you look at their trucks they have their bumper a bumper all busted up, bunk extensions all dented, bald tires, and they have their side window drapes pulled as they drive so they can watch movies and text while they drive the highways. But the government doesn't care about your safety on Canadian road. They are putting fresh new untrained drivers on the same highways you and your loved ones also travel on. The government is at fault! They allow this and they will not stop anytime soon. They are ruining my beloved country.

Correct. Being that you have immigrated from another country in the past. You know that there are certain rules and stipulations that has to be followed to recieve Canadian citizenship. Prior immigrants should be offended, and make their voice heard. This will have a greater effect on the issue. As a multi-generational Canadian myself. Anytime I talk about it. When the PR on arrival for caregivers was introduced by Mark Miller, many of us Indian folks in Canada were horrified. We knew such fraudulent immigration consultants would take advantage and we feared that seniors might suffer or get hurt. I have two senior care homes close to where I stay and would not want folks coming in to take up work there just for a PR. Seniors deserve better.
Mostly S1khs from Punjab and Gujarat1s. They have a generational urge to emigrate. Most of the documents submitted by them for visas are fake. Wonder why the visa officers issue them visas? Secondly these purported students who go to low grade Canadian colleges are not capable of admission in a plumber's course back in India. The Canadian education system is a racket. They are filling seats with trash whose only aim is to get a PR.

There is a huge culture and language barrier between the different ethnic communities so all I see are different groups developing that don't Interact all that well together. I was taking a course years ago, my teacher from India told us his success story " I came to Canada as a visitor , next day of my arrival I was hired as security guard and the 3rd day of my work I felt down at my job , I managed to receive 1 year of unemployment benefit , I studied computerized accounting paid by government ( if you get unemployment benefit , you are eligible to take course and gov will pay for it.) and since then I am working as a teacher in this center. " I said " how did you work as a visitor ? how did you get security job ? ( you must be 1 year in Canada to get security job ) how did get the unemployment benefit after 3 days ? how did you get 1 year benefit ? ( maximum is 6 months ) he said " lady you don't listen , in Canada everything is about having good connection , you must have good connections , not good educations or good qualifications. "

I am punjabi and punjabi always says that it's easy to come to Canada then visit other parts of India. Most o of Today's Punjabi Immigration consults were who come Canada on visitor, student or work visa . So they are using their experience. I always say the majority of Punjabi have their own Rule and they don't follow Canadian laws.

SHUT IT ALL DOWN! Cap immigration to 100,000 in 2025. Only process applicants who directly apply. Overhaul the system. Nobody should be able to come here on a visitor visa and be able to switch to work permit application from within Canada. Leave and apply from outside.

I have dual citizenship only to be eligible for my retirement benefits from the states. Of which I paid into for many years. I am a proud Canadian. I did it the correct way and feel I have earned my right and privilege by working hard and being a contributing taxpayer so I can have my say. What you’re exposing is nothing of the sort. There are those that only want to abuse our immigration system and not conform to Canadian ideals and way of life.

Caregiver pilot program is really a loophole which must be plugged. I am an Indian and it is sad that Indian consultants are engaging in such unethical conduct. All these loopholes are really an injustice to deserving and aspiring permanent residents who have all the required capabilities and language proficiency to contribute positively to the Canadian economy. Hope all these loopholes gets plugged soon.
It’s not just Indians. South Asians have done it, Ukrainians, Africans, Europeans… everyone has done it however the focus is on Indians now. The real problem is our spineless government. I really wish that this platform was used to highlight the way that our government is failing us and not target people / cultures

Coming to Canada is not a right it’s a privilege. This is how it works. You spend lots and lots and lots of money coming to Canada for your education and being a foreigner, then when you are done your education, you go back to your country of origin. Sweet and simple.
