Am having problem discovered a huge generic patent on injectable drug I want to use a biosimilar with two other ingredients this generic exp big company patent covers every concievable injectable mixture and is in effect like patenting a house surely this cannot be used like this monopolising can I get round it ,suggestions advice ?
