I'm actually really interested on how Pomni got into this game in the first place. What was her goal? Her life? Did she have loved ones? I have to know!
My take is that Pomni was a clown that was down on her luck and needed cash. C&A provided and sent her into the game with the others in hopes that it was fixed by now which would make sense if they get new people every once in a while.

Theory : Bubble is actualy a glitch that randomly spaned in the game hence why Caine calld him a parasyte. But once Kinger got sucked into the game there was no one to delet the glitch and Bubble stuck around and became Caines personal pet
I am starting to think the "exit" is basically the Debug section of the program you know like how developers have a debug room to test things because it does lead to the void that is technically area to expand on development of the game project.
I Guess most of the void's stuff ressembles unfinished projects, as Kein never finished the exit in the first place… all (and the best) he could do was to put memories of how you got trapped
Debug room is just it - a big room where you can test game mechanics in isolation or in combination of your choosing. Exit in show leads to some kinda backrooms deal, like procedurally generated stuff.
@@alesio2946 Well Caine does say "they will be spoiled" and the fact that caine being the AI of the program even said "not even i know" when referring to the void and to add to that he even admits the exit is not real and does not like people seeing his unfinished work that leads to the void. So putting those together indicates it is basically a debug for new or unfinished content. Also it could indicate Caine is in fact true AI that is learning and the people in the world give purpose to this learning hence he might not want them to leave. Also to add to this theory is he gives them adventures could he be using said adventures to learn from human psychology. Why do i feel as if Caine is going to become like GLaDOS...
I believe that the exit is a true exit because when pomni sees the one computer something in her breaks like it unlocks a memory. I believe that pomni used to work for C&A as a tester but C&A actually is corrupt so when they have pomni test it they actually want to trap her. One theory of mine is getting deeper into the void will force you out of the game or if you abstract your mind and body leaves and the game worlds character avatar becomes a monster because it has no mind or body to keep it stable so all that's left becomes unstable and corrupt.
@@GamerDashYT nah because if they wanted to do that they could have easily made it so she instantly abstracts it would be so easy for them to do it if it was to remove her.
Maybe kinger's mental instability is actually saving him from abstracting, cuz you can't have an existential crisis if you can barely think. Edit: Welp. A lot of people agree with me I guess.
My thought is he worked on it. And instead of making his goal to escape, he made it his goal to figure out the bugs so everyone could escape. And this is why he's obsessed with his "insect collection" I do also think him going a bit mad is what is protecting him from abstracting. It is his pillow fort so to speak. And I'm uncertain if I should be drawing a connection between the mask the mannequin shoots off, and Kinger's reactions to Gangle.
That was what I was thinking too. He’s not crazy, he’s just detached in his own little world as a coping mechanism, Constantly daydreaming. This is why he’s always saying whatever’s on his mind (the insect collection) and is constantly getting startled by those who are right next to him, as they snapped him out of whatever thoughts he was lost in.
Kinger reminds me of a goofy dad that really needs a nap, and he's pretty much immediately become my favorite because of it. Gentle too but she needs more screen time if I'm honest.
Gooseworx gave an age list for the characters on social media and Kinger is by far the oldest at 48 years, that also adds to your theory :) Everyone else is in their 20s except for Ragatha, she's 30. Also the queen is called "Queenie" :D
Why do I have the *slightest* feeling that C&A has been doing a little “human experimentation”? Also I feel like The higher ups will eventually become a certain Jaw person and circle we all know.
This is my idea for what the first interaction between kinger, queener, the first 3 and Caine would be, without much delay… Inky’s factory (sponsored by joey drew studio’s) presents Queeners last gambit! Kinger: Uh… where are we (insert girlfriend’s name)? (Queener and kinger stare at each other for a solid 5 seconds before screaming) Queener: who the (hell) are you!? Kinger: I’m (insert employees name). WHO are you? Queener: then I guess the question is… where are we? (They start wondering about looking for some answers while assuming where they are and adding new names to themselves) Kinger: We’ve wandered for hours… (screams into the sky) WHERE ARE WE!?!? Caine: Oh! Hi there preformers! Queener: who are you? A JPEG? Caine: FIRST OFF… rude. Second is I’M CAINE and your in the amazing digital circus! Kinger: wait. Corporate got us stuck here too!? (They both are about to begin screaming again when Caine mutes them until they stop) Later Caine: Meet the rest of the cast! We got gangle, Jaz, and Ragitha! Ragitha: hey there! Gangle: Hi Jax: Hey nerds. Kinger: You guys haven’t abstracted? Good Good Good. I’m the developer! Jax: What. YOUR the guy who made the game? Queenie: Well, he used to have a team but the fat (censored) at the top fired the team and we had to code it together. Gangle: (Gets so surprised yet frustrated that her mask for rage burns leavening a pile of ash) (Ragitha just looks looks slightly frustrated) Jax: I… I could CHOKE you but you two lovebirds don’t have necks and we can’t die besides being abstracted Kinger: the reason an extra map is there in the code is that I try to remind you of your previous life but the fat cats put a head set on us so we are here too Ragitha: I’m going to trust you but one question: Is there an exit? Kinger: Good question! We never made on until we came here so we are stuck here, forever. (They all stare at him besides Caine just zones out as his eyes floats away like a rec room vr hand
Another connection that came to mind when mentioning that Kinger is a game designer that collects bug is that Satoshi Tajiri, the creator of Pokémon, was an avid bug collector and this hobby helped inspire his series. Also while typing this, Kinger autocorrected to Kingler which is the name of a pokemon for those who don't know, not sure if that means anything lol.
There’s actually another reference in his design his eyes are bloodshot, which suggests he’s been worked to the point of not sleeping which supports the theory
But they don't need to sleep? If they get no mal nutrition then they also shouldn't get any strain on their eyes, it must be by the design of his new body
"Guys if you look at Jax's design, you can clearly see that his eyes and teeth are yellow, which suggests that he was extremely unhygienic, as well as having jaundice"
@@dice9270the new design both according to the official lore so far and the theory states that your costume is based on your original personality and other traits. kinger was overworked (his trait) and thus the design had eyestrains. But it’s not official that these are permanent so maybe not.
I applaud your use of It Just Works for one of the clips! Fantastic theory about Kinger! Also I'd love you to do more theories on how the other characters entered the game!
I absolutely ADORE this theory, but I have an extension to add to it: What if Jax is Kinger and Queenie's son? HEAR ME OUT. Imagine Kinger and Queenie having a kid: a precocious and mischievous, sometimes bratty but ultimately good-hearted little boy. Imagine that as he gets older, this boy turns out to be good at coding, like his old man: delighted, Kinger teaches this boy his craft. (This is why Jax has keys inside the game for various places: using his programming knowledge to unlock places!) Imagine the kid, as a late teen/young adult, learning that his mom and dad have gone missing in the middle of their big project snd, worried and curious, breaks into the office for answers. Finding a project headset, he puts it on, enters the game, and becomes Jax. Meanwhile, Kinger and Queenie obviously aren't doing well inside the game, but Jax appearing and the realization that their boy is stuck in this nightmare with them is the last straw: reaching her breaking point, Queenie Abstracts, and Kinger snaps, not only causing his instability but causing him to forget who Jax is. All the horror and loss causes Jax to become cynical and bitter, and his mischief takes on a cruel edge: he also distances himself from Kinger, partially to keep from reminding Kinger of bad memories (similar to the kid of a dementia patient not challenging their delusions) and partially because it hurts too much. Obviously, a bit far-fetched, but if it were true...
I had the theory too that maybe Kinger was the creator of the Digital Circus, because of his sudden knowledge of the world, as Jax asked 'since when do you know so much about the digital circus?'
This is really similar to my own theory! However, I feel like they cannot get their headsets off because they are unable to move their physical body after being put into the game, rather than being transported into it entirely. I also think that Kinger went into the game to try and tell the participants about the exit / how to exit the game but ended up losing a lot of his memory when he got there / Caine got in his way somehow, prolonging his stay, slowly losing his memory more and more. Queenie followed him in once she found out but, ended up either sacrificing herself to save Kinger at some point or abstracted (caused by Kinger forgetting so much and not knowing what to do / having a crisis because she doesn't know how to get out, only Kinger knew). I am so interested to see where this show's story goes and learning about more of the character's backstory 😃
I think Pomni was either a reporter or a private investigator looking for some missing people and her only lead was the headset, so she turned on the game to see if there were any clues on it. Also I think the part where they forget their names is intentional. It could have been a way to protect someone's personal information, after all Cains interaction with Pomni is similar to how other games start. We get introduced to the world we are entering and then we get a chance to give our character a name, one we can choose or have one randomly given.
I would love to see more of your theories on these characters, and I will say your backstory if Kinger feels pretty solid. Of corse, time will tell how many shots it can take, but as if writing this it honestly makes a lot of sense.
Yeah I'm curious how Kinger got Queenie abstracted Headcanon: Jax has a insect collection. Jax has insects like centipedes which he put in Ragatha's room. And Jax might've showed Kinger a insect collection to make him go insane and paranoid like Jax will release them into his room while Kinger slept..
I have a different idea, what if it scans the brain of people, and a copy of them stays in the digital world. The copy wouldn‘t know it‘s a copy and it doesn‘t break reality by having people dissapear into a vr headset. This would make sense as the last thing their minds would see is that computer from the pilot episode, but it would be weird because certainly people must notice new entities being introduced to the game acting like the embodiment of the beta testers conciousness Edit: It would also make more sense, as it wouldn‘t require the company to force vr headsets on him and his girlfriend to remove them from the world as he must have tried the game, which is why his avatar is in the game and also maybe leave open the possibility of having updates to the game in upcoming episodes
In "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream", Nimdok, in his forgotten past, created the elixir that keeps the humans alive. As Kinger was the longest spent in there with very little grasp on his sanity, perhaps there is a literary comparison to be drawn.
The trope where the silly, usually not serious character with questionable mental health is the character with the most major role in the lore, is a trope I immediately saw with kinger. A trope I've loved since gravity falls and adventure time
The longer i watched, the more and more stuffed clicked together, which was so satisfying. Kingers' already my favorite character, and this just solidified that
If theory is true this explains everything exept how Pomni entering the game. Could she be a wonderer or a witness to corporate crime or something else entirely?
I was thinking more and realized it's not just Pomni but all other characters we met including Cosmo that entered after Kinger. So the company did something really sinister even after getting rid of main developer.
My thought on this is that Cain is on of the original beta testers, and was also one of the first to abstract then recompile back into a playable avatar/character, due to his abstraction he gained the ability to manipulate the world on the level of a moderator/developer. and his unstable state is just leftover from when he initially abstracted.
Her liking bugs (glitches) could mean that she was a playtester as they like finding bugs... what if she was the first who got trapped in the game, Kinger wanted to save her and tried sending other people in to help, but ultimately he just wanted to be with her again so he joined the circus and maybe that made Queenie feel sad that he's also trapped so she abstracted.
I have a theory: the queen was a very close friend of kinger (or even girlfriend but that is weird because they are from different colors) and the queen was more crazy than kinger is rigth now, so at one point the queen just got abstracted (and inside the basement) leaving kinger ultra crazy and alone
@@Koshoeditz bro i said that because kinger is White and quenie is black, in chess they are suppose to be figthing each other. + kinger should be with the White Queen not the black one. Is the basics of chess😒
Hey Finn, did you know that Kinger's game show quote is also a reference to Gooseworx's animated short called 'Elain the Bounty hunter" which is her second short involving game show vore.
Thinking of Kinger as a lead programmer (which seems to be very likely) makes me relate his design to that one really old Windows XP user icon of chess pieces. I have no idea if that's what they were going for, but its an interesting thought

Hole heck, I didn't even notice the intro connection. Nice catch! I love this theory, btw. What a great story. If the show doesn't explain it, I'm gonna consider it canon.
I personally have the exact opposite theory for kingers backstory, we see that when pomni sees herself her puplis dilaite, she likes how she looks, if kinger was wealthy, important, but faceless, he probably wouldn't like being a faceless king. I suspect he would have been a very poor person, probably one of the first to enter, as hes been here the longest, so he would have been made a king in the digital world, as someone very poor they likely would have had to deal with a lot of incects in their home, in a way, the incects would feel like home, hence why kingers pupils dilate when he sees the gloink queen, it feels like home to him in his broken brain, the queen was likely a partner who went in with him. If we take the idea of people liking their appearances further we can make a few assumptions about the rest of the characters -zooble - likey couldn't physically express themselves how they would like, as they are based on a mix and match toy, and also likely not cis gender, as the creator stated that not even zooble themselves know what gender they are. -ragatha - probably very self conscious about their looks, so became a doll, likely something they played with in their childhood, possibly also abused, since ragdolls cant be broken by beating them, also they had cleaver in their head in the teaser. -jax - a furry -gangle - probably depressed, and had trouble displaying their emotions, their comedy mask allows they to (at least temporarily) be happy, but their tragedy mask allows them to express themselves fully. -kaufmo - someone who wanted to make others laugh, but also someone who likey needed approval, so became a clown to get as many laughs as possible -pomni - honestly I've got no clue personally. -jax(for real this time) - probably someone who constantly gets into bad situations, weither becuase of bad luck or becuase hes an asshole, he became a rabbitoid, hes fast to escape any mess, and rabbits are associated with luck. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
I like this theory, the only thing I disagree with is what you think pomni’s backstory is, as you’ve made a single critical mistake Gooseworks said pomni is 25
I thought that when she looked in the mirror it was just cementing in the fact that she's stuck in basically a video game, and that this her new appearance and home forever
@kaeyoyoroll thing is your pupils dilate when you see something you like, and throughout the rest of the episode her pupils are very small becuase she's in a stressful situation.
1:42 I feel like the “insect collection” could be referring to bugs in a game. Perhaps he was a beta tester and that’s how we got trapped. Edit: Okay. NOW I’m further in. Now I’m curious to see more of this
I like how your theory about the corporate side of Kinger’s backstory basically lines up with the original cause of the Death Game Incident and Kayaba’s partial insanity in _SAO Abridged,_ another animated series about people trapped in a VR game. To wit: Guy (Kinger/Kayaba) creates amazing VR world with help from romantic interest (Queenie/Rinto). Guy pitched game to a company (C&A/Bethesda) that can fund its creation. Company rushes guy to finish game, resulting in a major issue (people’s minds are trapped/in-game death translates to real life) which the company overlooked as a major issue. Only differences are: in SAOA, the bit about trapping people in the game was an intentional addition by a half-crazed Kayaba in an attempt to pass the death bit off as being a “master plan” of some sort; Kayaba willingly entered the game in order to help people survive once he saw how idiotic most of the players were; and Rinko never entered the game at all.
And it would explain the graphics, considering the technology being used at the time was limited, and we do see like old fashion computers, which were the most advanced thing for kingers time and given the fact that VR was a concert that existed back then, but didn’t really go anywhere cause the technology wasn’t great and we also don’t know the year exactly but could off of the technology and the age of the rest of the character since the rest of them are in their 20s while ragitha is her 30s could be used to make a rough estimate
gonna be honest, this might be the most Lore accurate and realistic theory on TADC that I've seen, every piece fits together like a puzzle. one question does remain, at what point did kinger code in bubble? i never heard you talk about bubble's character until you connected them to the bible
I totally agree with all of this, and yes, I would love to see your theory episodes on how everyone else got trapped, I would love to see what you've come up with❤❤
anyone else find it strange that Pomni showed up in the form of a clown just as Kaufmo the clown became a monster? a show like this feels like something bigger is going on that tickles the look for hidden details senses

That scene with the queen x-ed out on the door: I thought it was a picture of Kinger and was really confused. Makes more sense now that it was a different character.
My guess is Caine created the office space because he either has or had access to the building security cameras at one point. He know this is the world the human residents came from but doesn't know what's outside the building. So he doesn't know what to put on the other side of the building's exit doors.
Pomni was likely an entertainer, like a twitch streamer or RUclipsr, the jester design kinda supports it, this is a job to entertain people Either this or she's somehow related to kinger as jesters are usually servants of the king
I wonder if this isn’t the only instance of the amazing digital circus. What if there are other “servers” hosted by other Caines? Maybe some Caines are far better at caring for the humans, and maybe some are exceptionally good at the opposite 👀
A theory I’ve got is that Kinger was originally the lead developer of the VR portion of the Amazing Digital Circus, working with a team of AI developers that would create Caine to help debug, run, and maintain the game. Another theory I have is that the reason the character don’t remember things is cause of a bug from piece of code that made the mind forget it is supposed to be in a human body as the mind generally doesn’t take well to something being different such as an organ that they don’t recognize. The bug itself causing them to forget their human memories and eventually abstract.

I knew he has a bigger role when Jax said that he Kinger was supposedly here the longest. He’s gonna be very important to the story I garuntee it
Maybe kinger's mental instability is actually saving him from abstracting, cuz you can't have an existential crisis if you can barely think.
Edit: Welp. A lot of people agree with me I guess.
My thought is he worked on it.
And instead of making his goal to escape, he made it his goal to figure out the bugs so everyone could escape.
And this is why he's obsessed with his "insect collection"
I do also think him going a bit mad is what is protecting him from abstracting.
It is his pillow fort so to speak.
And I'm uncertain if I should be drawing a connection between the mask the mannequin shoots off, and Kinger's reactions to Gangle.
Hi
@@kamikeserpentail3778interesting !
Interesting addition 🤔
Kinger reminds me of a goofy dad that really needs a nap, and he's pretty much immediately become my favorite because of it. Gentle too but she needs more screen time if I'm honest.

Gooseworx gave an age list for the characters on social media and Kinger is by far the oldest at 48 years, that also adds to your theory :)
Everyone else is in their 20s except for Ragatha, she's 30.
Also the queen is called "Queenie" :D
Why do I have the *slightest* feeling that C&A has been doing a little “human experimentation”? Also I feel like The higher ups will eventually become a certain Jaw person and circle we all know.
@jellylynnyeah I know I was saying that
This is my idea for what the first interaction between kinger, queener, the first 3 and Caine would be, without much delay… Inky’s factory (sponsored by joey drew studio’s) presents Queeners last gambit!
Kinger: Uh… where are we (insert girlfriend’s name)?
(Queener and kinger stare at each other for a solid 5 seconds before screaming)
Queener: who the (hell) are you!?
Kinger: I’m (insert employees name). WHO are you?
Queener: then I guess the question is… where are we?
(They start wondering about looking for some answers while assuming where they are and adding new names to themselves)
Kinger: We’ve wandered for hours… (screams into the sky) WHERE ARE WE!?!?
Caine: Oh! Hi there preformers!
Queener: who are you? A JPEG?
Caine: FIRST OFF… rude. Second is I’M CAINE and your in the amazing digital circus!
Kinger: wait. Corporate got us stuck here too!?
(They both are about to begin screaming again when Caine mutes them until they stop)
Later
Caine: Meet the rest of the cast! We got gangle, Jaz, and Ragitha!
Ragitha: hey there!
Gangle: Hi
Jax: Hey nerds.
Kinger: You guys haven’t abstracted? Good Good Good. I’m the developer!
Jax: What. YOUR the guy who made the game?
Queenie: Well, he used to have a team but the fat (censored) at the top fired the team and we had to code it together.
Gangle: (Gets so surprised yet frustrated that her mask for rage burns leavening a pile of ash)
(Ragitha just looks looks slightly frustrated)
Jax: I… I could CHOKE you but you two lovebirds don’t have necks and we can’t die besides being abstracted
Kinger: the reason an extra map is there in the code is that I try to remind you of your previous life but the fat cats put a head set on us so we are here too
Ragitha: I’m going to trust you but one question: Is there an exit?
Kinger: Good question! We never made on until we came here so we are stuck here, forever.

Holy fuck you’re right 0-0
But they don't need to sleep? If they get no mal nutrition then they also shouldn't get any strain on their eyes, it must be by the design of his new body

I applaud your use of It Just Works for one of the clips! Fantastic theory about Kinger! Also I'd love you to do more theories on how the other characters entered the game!
And I have a feeling those higher ups are a certain Mouth and circle duo we all know and love.
I absolutely ADORE this theory, but I have an extension to add to it:
What if Jax is Kinger and Queenie's son?
HEAR ME OUT.
Imagine Kinger and Queenie having a kid: a precocious and mischievous, sometimes bratty but ultimately good-hearted little boy. Imagine that as he gets older, this boy turns out to be good at coding, like his old man: delighted, Kinger teaches this boy his craft. (This is why Jax has keys inside the game for various places: using his programming knowledge to unlock places!)
Imagine the kid, as a late teen/young adult, learning that his mom and dad have gone missing in the middle of their big project snd, worried and curious, breaks into the office for answers.
And the ages of characters add up as kinger is 48 queener would mostly be around the same age and Jax is 22
Far fetched but I am CLINGING to this theory. I fucking love it
One hole I can quickly find is that it’s not likely that father and son would be only 18 years apart (it’s confirmed that Kinger is 40 and Jax is 22)
Well Gooseworks did describe Kinger as a dad on Tumblr apparently so while farfetched this theory is somewhat plausible
@@Minetendo_Fanthe first kinger age info was that he was in his 40S,it was revealed recently that he’s 48 specifically.
Just saying this, but I just learned that an official tweet from gooseworks says that the queens name is Queenie not Queener
Qweiner
I’m glad I’m not the only one spotting Queener’s crossed out door. She’s probably one of the Abstracted monsters down in the Cellar Ocean
I believe Bubble is the NPC character that explains how to play the game/gives prompts on figuring things out
I think Pomni was either a reporter or a private investigator looking for some missing people and her only lead was the headset, so she turned on the game to see if there were any clues on it. Also I think the part where they forget their names is intentional. It could have been a way to protect someone's personal information, after all Cains interaction with Pomni is similar to how other games start. We get introduced to the world we are entering and then we get a chance to give our character a name, one we can choose or have one randomly given.
And you cant use your personal names in a game😦
I would love to see more of your theories on these characters, and I will say your backstory if Kinger feels pretty solid. Of corse, time will tell how many shots it can take, but as if writing this it honestly makes a lot of sense.
Yeah I'm curious how Kinger got Queenie abstracted
Headcanon: Jax has a insect collection. Jax has insects like centipedes which he put in Ragatha's room. And Jax might've showed Kinger a insect collection to make him go insane and paranoid like Jax will release them into his room while Kinger slept..
18:50
If that’s okay, then yes. Your story writing is so addictive and fun to watch.
Can you please continue to make more amazing digital circus character analysis (I'm personally especially curious about jax)
I want a video analysis on kaufmo
I have a different idea, what if it scans the brain of people, and a copy of them stays in the digital world. The copy wouldn‘t know it‘s a copy and it doesn‘t break reality by having people dissapear into a vr headset. This would make sense as the last thing their minds would see is that computer from the pilot episode, but it would be weird because certainly people must notice new entities being introduced to the game acting like the embodiment of the beta testers conciousness
Edit:
It would also make more sense, as it wouldn‘t require the company to force vr headsets on him and his girlfriend to remove them from the world as he must have tried the game, which is why his avatar is in the game and also maybe leave open the possibility of having updates to the game in upcoming episodes
I don’t want Kinger to have a heartbreaking backstory, he’s just too silly-goofy 😭
And yeah, silly-goofy is definitely a word
The fact he's in the circus is already tragic

In "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream", Nimdok, in his forgotten past, created the elixir that keeps the humans alive. As Kinger was the longest spent in there with very little grasp on his sanity, perhaps there is a literary comparison to be drawn.

Her design is a jester, what if she was an entertainer, like a RUclipsr or something before she got into the digital circus
My thought on this is that Cain is on of the original beta testers, and was also one of the first to abstract then recompile back into a playable avatar/character, due to his abstraction he gained the ability to manipulate the world on the level of a moderator/developer. and his unstable state is just leftover from when he initially abstracted.
Update on theory: Queenie was more than Kinger's girlfriend, she was his wife.
Also she's the one who got him into liking bugs.
This has been confirmed with episode 3
Her liking bugs (glitches) could mean that she was a playtester as they like finding bugs... what if she was the first who got trapped in the game, Kinger wanted to save her and tried sending other people in to help, but ultimately he just wanted to be with her again so he joined the circus and maybe that made Queenie feel sad that he's also trapped so she abstracted.
Kinger is peak character design
I have a theory: the queen was a very close friend of kinger (or even girlfriend but that is weird because they are from different colors) and the queen was more crazy than kinger is rigth now, so at one point the queen just got abstracted (and inside the basement) leaving kinger ultra crazy and alone
That’s racist, (you said that it’s weird she’s be his girlfriend because she’s a different colour) that could offend people
@@Koshoeditz bro i said that because kinger is White and quenie is black, in chess they are suppose to be figthing each other. + kinger should be with the White Queen not the black one. Is the basics of chess😒
Hey Finn, did you know that Kinger's game show quote is also a reference to Gooseworx's animated short called 'Elain the Bounty hunter" which is her second short involving game show vore.
I feel that Kinger will have a similar character development as the Ice King/Simon
I would love to hear your theories about the other characters backstories aswell!
Thinking of Kinger as a lead programmer (which seems to be very likely) makes me relate his design to that one really old Windows XP user icon of chess pieces. I have no idea if that's what they were going for, but its an interesting thought
I'm surprised how accurate this theory is now that I've watched episode 3-

Hole heck, I didn't even notice the intro connection. Nice catch!
I love this theory, btw. What a great story. If the show doesn't explain it, I'm gonna consider it canon.
In a few years we're gonna think "Back when we thought kinger was the maker"
If we take the idea of people liking their appearances further we can make a few assumptions about the rest of the characters
-zooble - likey couldn't physically express themselves how they would like, as they are based on a mix and match toy, and also likely not cis gender, as the creator stated that not even zooble themselves know what gender they are.
-ragatha - probably very self conscious about their looks, so became a doll, likely something they played with in their childhood, possibly also abused, since ragdolls cant be broken by beating them, also they had cleaver in their head in the teaser.
-jax - a furry
-gangle - probably depressed, and had trouble displaying their emotions, their comedy mask allows they to (at least temporarily) be happy, but their tragedy mask allows them to express themselves fully.
-kaufmo - someone who wanted to make others laugh, but also someone who likey needed approval, so became a clown to get as many laughs as possible
-pomni - honestly I've got no clue personally.
-jax(for real this time) - probably someone who constantly gets into bad situations, weither becuase of bad luck or becuase hes an asshole, he became a rabbitoid, hes fast to escape any mess, and rabbits are associated with luck.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
I like this theory, the only thing I disagree with is what you think pomni’s backstory is, as you’ve made a single critical mistake
Gooseworks said pomni is 25
I thought that when she looked in the mirror it was just cementing in the fact that she's stuck in basically a video game, and that this her new appearance and home forever
@TheFnFan shit, forgot about that, fair point
To wit:
Guy (Kinger/Kayaba) creates amazing VR world with help from romantic interest (Queenie/Rinto).
Goosworkz confirmed the ages of the main 6, and Kinger is 48, so that could fit lead developer age if he has been working on it for years
And it would explain the graphics, considering the technology being used at the time was limited, and we do see like old fashion computers, which were the most advanced thing for kingers time and given the fact that VR was a concert that existed back then, but didn’t really go anywhere cause the technology wasn’t great and we also don’t know the year exactly but could off of the technology and the age of the rest of the character since the rest of them are in their 20s while ragitha is her 30s could be used to make a rough estimate
gonna be honest, this might be the most Lore accurate and realistic theory on TADC that I've seen, every piece fits together like a puzzle.

That scene with the queen x-ed out on the door: I thought it was a picture of Kinger and was really confused. Makes more sense now that it was a different character.
Kinger does seem to have knowledge consistent with a programmer
My guess is Caine created the office space because he either has or had access to the building security cameras at one point. He know this is the world the human residents came from but doesn't know what's outside the building. So he doesn't know what to put on the other side of the building's exit doors.
I highly encourage more theories on how the others entered the game! Jax, Pomni and Ragatha especially
