- FT Trainings Full Sessions | Episode #3 - Individual Session For Soccer Players.
This training session is designed to train individually and can be completed during the in-season period. It is designed primarily to keep you in shape and fir for the matches. We recommend to take it at least once a week. The session consists of 5 drills and lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remember to do a proper warm-up before you start.
Structure
------------------------------
Warm-Up - 6 Reps
Drill #1 - Footwork
- Variation #1: Lateral Runs - 6 Reps
- Variation #2: Sidesteps - 6 Reps
Drill #2 - Tight Space Dribbling - 8 Reps
Drill #3 - Changing Tempo/Direction Dribbling - 6 Reps
Drill #4 - Complex Drill (Stamina) - 3 Reps
Drill #5 - Shooting
- Right Foot: 10 Reps
- Center: 10 Reps/ Each Leg
Left Foot: 10 Reps
Drill #6 - Ball Mastery - 3 Sets of 5 cones

How make leg stronger ,to kick ball power fully
Technique is more important than strength of leg for powerfull shoot.
do resistance band and practice shooting
Try adding ankle weights and practice shooting the ball while wearing them it really helps out a lot!!!!

U just will lose ball feeling by using weights, ankle must me light
