My husband was driving one day and I was in the backseat. It was raining and the sky was light grey. I played this song and I was staring outside, just admiring the day, my husband caught a glimpse of me in the rear view mirror. He said to me that I looked like what the music video to this song would be. A beautiful woman, beautiful smile, looking at a dreary day to most but sees it’s for its true beauty. I love this song, it reminds me of the best memory I've ever had with my dad. It's nothing big but it always ment a lot to me, I was in elementary school and it was one of the first times of me walking home alone from the bus stop and while I was walking down the sidewalk to our apartment I see him further down the sidewalk and when he sees me he reaches his arms out and I excitedly ran up to him and gave him the biggest hug and then we walked home together... (my dad just passed on December 17th)

I am sorry for your loss, hope you are doing well. From my mother the uncle passed away, he had some bee's. After school i went to him (every day) and he passed away 2years ago. It hurts me still alot, because i cant see my dad, till i am 18yo and it was always a second dad for me, its just so sad to see people suffering from a couple of things😥

This song makes me cry, it´s simply so beautiful. That "old school" vibe, type of soothing melody, with modern elements embedded in it. Calmness and serenity, nostalgia and comfort. Like that cozy feeling you get cuddling up with your pet of special one, infront of an open fireplace while it slowly pours down outside.

This song made me cry today. My first time crying because of a song. Just thinking about the experiences I had in school, the friends I made along the way that I'll end up never seeing again, the things I missed out on because of a f*cking global pandemic. It wasn't always easy, it wasn't always happy, but I still made special memories during that time. I miss the talks I had with my friends on the sidewalk, just sitting down and chugging sodas. I miss the feeling of finishing a test early, being able to go home and just play games for the rest of the day. I miss the feeling of being an optimistic kid, with big dreams and a carefree attitude.
Nowadays I just sit in my room studying to get into college, pursuing a career I'm not even sure I want. I've become a severe overthinker because of some trauma and I just feel like I can never shut my brain off. I'm just kind of tired of it all.

This song reminds me of my dead dog, he left this world a few months ago, but I'm sure he's better now. Because before he died he was very sick. And to be honest, I still can't let him go, but songs like this help me remember the good times with him.

Thing song hurts so much, I recently had to let go of my friend/ex I’ve known for years. We promised things to each other and we both loved the rain, we would go home and just couldn’t wait to talk to each other. We would both skip practice to talk to each other and When we both needed each other he was there but I just pushed him away, causing him to distance and things never being the same. I blamed everything but myself until recently, I started blaming myself and realizing I was the reason it ended. I couldn’t find the words and he no longer wants me in his life, after I though I was finally rebuilding something again. This song means so much to me, thank you.
