Frankly, it's a really stupid question to ask to a foreign minister of foreign affairs to give an opinion on one of your domestic presidential candidates. What answer did you expect to get? Forgive my directness, I'm Dutch.

Hahaha !!! I know ! Whatever we need to say to make sure no one asks a question or notices that the more Biden is a disaster and embarrassment at home and the world stage, that his big moves are to first indict and silence and jail and do literally word for word what we were told trump was GOING TO DO…. But didn’t and now it’s not fascism and not dictatorship authoritarianism…. Now it’s saving democracy!!??
      Hahaha
And second- Biden is bragging about expanding nato and bringing Americans and our planes into that region to ramp up a world war but it’s now awesome cause Biden starting and pushing us to world war is also saving democracy!!!!
Hahahahahahahaaha Biden is a bigger disappointment than our blow job media and elite cheerleaders!!!

Black misery is spreading in Russia, the Russian minimum wage is less than 160 euros, i.e. less than in 10 African countries, and food prices are skyrocketing: butter is a delirious 1,000 rubles a kg, i.e. a tenth of the salary of many Russians. So immense anger is rising against the Putin dictator. Putin-ceaucescu could fall any day now in a palace revolution. Putin has ruined Russia. The fortunes of the oligarchs are being seized all over the world, even in Dubai, and now they're being transferred to Ukraine to pay for Putin's destruction. This is unprecedented in history. Hundreds of billions of Russian funds will be paid to Ukraine.... and it's no doubt the ruined oligarchs who will precipitate the fall of the dictator Putin, hoping to recover part of their fortune in the process. The signal for the end of Putin will be the destruction of the Crimean bridge. The Russians will then be certain that Putin has lost his absurd war: isolated, Crimea will fall by atrition like Kherson, with no ammunition, no oil, no supplies and even no drinking water - all Crimean drinking water comes via the bridge or the very long and fragile railroad line, which is easy to cut. The Russian generals will hand Putin over to the ICC. The Russian generals will put the weight of the defeat and the army's crimes on his back. It's a classic ending to a dictatorship: the Russians will say they had to obey putin.

Just an FYI, I was an F-16 avionic tech when I was in the Air Force, our tech school was a year long for all new F-16 avionic techs. And, all our allies that buy F-16s for their Air Force also go through the same 1 year of training that is 8 hours of training daily for entire year. And, all pilots get a minimum of 37 weeks of training before they'd even be considered to fly combat mission. As we speak, I'm certain there are Ukraine military attending training here in the USA so they'll be capable to troubleshot and repair the 130+ computer systems in an F-16. Just because they can get planes does not mean they've had adequate training to fly them and keep them flying. I'm sure US and allies could have shipped them a year ago, but they still needed to be trained to keep them operational. especially if there's a shortage of replacement parts. It takes continuous repairs to keep any jet operational. I'm sure that has a lot to do as to why jets like the F-16 are not dispersed quicker like other weaponry and munitions that Ukraine has received in the past. I taught the year long course for 4 years while I was in the Air Force and had students from Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Belgium, S Korea, Greece and quite a few other countries that send their F-16 avionic techs to the USA to be trained. So, I'm quite familiar as to the lengthy training required to be remotely combat ready.

@linusa2996 Between France and the UK they have around 410 aircraft either retired or in surplus, India just ordered another 100 planes last year so they are still produced, the F-16 is a excellent aircraft and one of my favorites for any mission, but it seems that the French Jaguar would be much easier to train with and readily available from NATO countries.
The specs on the Jaguar are here
The SEPECAT Jaguar is an Anglo-French supersonic jet attack aircraft originally used by the British Royal Air Force and the French Air Force in the close air support and nuclear strike role. It is still in service with the Indian Air Force.

Originally conceived in the 1960s as a jet trainer with a light ground attack capability, the requirement for the aircraft soon changed to include supersonic performance, reconnaissance and tactical nuclear strike roles. A carrier-based variant was also planned for French Navy service, but this was cancelled in favour of the cheaper, fully French-built Dassault-Breguet Super Étendard. The aircraft were manufactured by SEPECAT (Société Européenne de Production de l'avion Ecole de Combat et d'Appui Tactique), a joint venture between Breguet and the British Aircraft Corporation, one of the first major joint Anglo-French military aircraft programmes.
The Jaguar was exported to India, Oman, Ecuador and Nigeria. The aircraft was used in numerous conflicts and military operations in Mauritania, Chad, Iraq, Bosnia, and Pakistan, as well as providing a ready nuclear delivery platform for the United Kingdom, France, and India throughout the latter half of the Cold War and beyond. In the Gulf War, the Jaguar was praised for its reliability and was a valuable coalition resource. The aircraft served with the French Air Force as the main strike/attack aircraft until 1 July 2005, and with the Royal Air Force until the end of April 2007. Its role was replaced by the Eurofighter Typhoon in the RAF and the Dassault Rafale in the French Air Force.

It is a shame Canada is not paying its share. Adm. Rob Bauer, NATO's top military officer, recently shared that NATO countries including Canada, must do more to prepare for war. The thought of war must be considered even as we do not want to imagine it. Many want this Ukraine war to go away, but that does not appear to be happening anytime soon. The NATO Admiral gave a 50 year time frame. “The tectonic plates of world power are shifting, and when that happens "earthquakes" / war is all but inevitable.”
The younger "me" generation wants no risk while they focus on comforts/pleasures of life. This mentality must be checked given the war, growing threats and unprecedented tension we see in Europe and the Asia Pacific. He also argued that the private sector must consider security and defence into its calculus and practices. Supplies can be cut off by foreign companies who become adversaries. Businesses must work with the government to find solutions to the problem and not be merely focused on money.
Younger people (men) should consider enlisting in the Canadian Reserves to bolster our defence stance out of service to their country. I can say there is true honor serving in the Canadian Army Reserves for 2 years myself. Sadly, it has been reported from Ukraine, that many young men are hiding from conscription in their girlfriends houses, or draft dodging in other ways. God forbid that kind of cowardice would be named among "strong and free Canadians."
"It is not that far away." He said. A recent weapons factory fire in Germany was linked to enemy activity.
Potential conscription into the military service is no longer inconceivable in our day and age. We must think about it. If we want peace, we must be prepared to bolster defence and security even as we pray for peace and truly hate the idea of war. We have studied the tragedy of WW2 and the Cold War.
May God help us and keep our land glorious and free as we stand on guard thee.

Keep in mind Ukraine is receiving 80 f-16s. Currently they only have about 30 pilots who can actually fly them. Also, Russian air defense systems that will basically render the f-16s useless because they have to fly at low altitudes to avoid being shot down, which makes their weapon systems which work best at high altitudes kind of useless. They're training more pilots here in the US in Arizona. It takes about 9 months training course. I don't think this is going to go very well.

You have made some valid points. The Ukrainians have been targeting those air defense systems of late with drones. So the russians have been pulling those systems back further. Also, my understanding is that they are going to do what the russians have been limited to doing, as to not come under Ukrainian air defense. Use glide bombs that are released further behind the lines and glide to to their targets. The Ukrainians have shown themselves to be pretty resourceful. They managed to sink the russian flagship without a Navy. So, hopefully they can do the same for their F-16's.

War is a racket --read the book ☮️☮️

    • @claylarson3021
      @claylarson3021 18 дней назад

It isnt "a racket" if your countries boarders are being rolled over by Russian tanks and bombs are being dropped on the hospital where your child is. It is necessary, and not evil. How can you be so uncaring and arrogant? Yes, the aggressor is evil and a racket in this: Russia. But send arms ALL DAY to Ukraine so they can defend their homes and families. If they give up they will not live happily ever after. Think reprograming and oppression and devastation, abuse, police state, no freedom, rule by corrupt and violent Russian oligarchs. Yes, the Russians are playing games with lives because they don't value human rights, but arming Ukraine to defend itself from forced oppression while thier children are literally being murdered is noble, regardless of the economic mechanism that provides it. If you have a problem with Capitalism or Corruption or Imperialism, fine... then please realize that Russia, not the USA is the embodiment of the most extreme cases of those, and its fine to recognize that USA/Europe also have issues with those things to a lesser degree BUT KEEP SUPPORTING UKRAINE. For your reference the historical equivalent of Vietnam in this case is Russia being the Invading Imperialist here as the USA was in Vietnam. But it is far worse because the civil unrest in Ukraine before the invasion was all instigated by Russia, and then they just rolled thier tanks in and started mass killing/depopulating Ukrainians to replace them with Russian immigrants in the future. That you would put peace symbols up encouraging Russia to continue by leaving Ukrainian much less defensible is horrific and makes you a party to Russian warcrimes. I was one of the only people I knew that was against the Iraq invasion from the start... that is different than defending from an invader... SUPPORT UKRAINE. Fight war in this case by SUPPORTING UKRAINE, otherwise Russia will keep on rolling thier tanks across Europe and risks WW3... you FIGHT BULLIES to stop them.
