  • MTHFR, mamma mia! 🤯 The common MTHFR C677T variant is actually a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), not a dangerous mutation as sometimes mistakenly claimed.
This common genetic variant may have been selected by evolution for a reason and with the right actions, we can make it work for us!

Its really not that simple. Patients go through their whole lives chronically unwell and exhausted and nobody even checks to see if they have this gene. I went through hell with it personally because folic acid acted like poison to me through both pregnancies and birth control almost killed me. Then the wrong diagnoses came 6 auto immune diseases fibro complex trauma meds that again poisoned me. My child has symptoms now too dysregulated anxious swollen legs joint pain depression
Issues with methylation affect the whole body especially to those undiagnosed untreated and a terrible medical system that doesnt even check

She did not say it does not cause these problems ,
She's saying it is NOT a gene mutation and I agree .
You are giving her a list of symptoms that we all have .
This woman is digger deeper to the root cause .

@Richardl-pe8yh I am getting to the root cause by treating it. It took me 6 years to figure out how to treat severe auto immunity. My point is does it matter if its a mutation or not?? What matters is that its treated appropriately and that we are not given things that can actually make the issue worse

My iron goes high & copper needs supplemented to adjust it which causes a zinc deficiency. My homocysteine levels are always over 10 even if my B12 is 1600 from methylcobalamin. Growth hormone (whatever one shows Alzheimers risk) is off. So do i eat liver with iron issues? I have fatty liver most likely from cortisol because I am 5’8” and 128 lbs. Not skinny fat. Extremely high viral load, high epsteine barre panel, mycoplasma high, western blott negative but positive from dna connections for 3 bacteria & a parasite Have suspicious thyroid nodules but no antibodies. It’s utterly exhausting
I wish a dr could just take this all in and say- “do this”, you’ll be healthy “.

I understand and feel this on such a deep level. Its like we're up against a wall and nowhere to go. I can't even take supplements and I have 2 copies of this gene. Which is way worse than just 1 which is what she is talking about. I also have EBV, food sensitivities, cant ever go to the bathroom, full of toxins, bad thyroid, fatty liver (but I'm thin), high rheumatoid factor, vagal nerve dysfunction, etc. Can't fix one problem for the other. Can't take anything to help. It feels hopeless. The only hope I have is in Jesus.

What about avoiding synthetic folic acid added to wheat based products?

Sure, but it increases your risk for other cancers like breast cancer or gliomas in your brain.

I have no other explanation for my severe, chronic, debilitating pain and fatigue.... Every blood test in the world. How can i have a 'low' pain tolerance and a HIGH tolerance to any painkiller\ antidepressant, etc??

People have been wrong in the past. For the general population simply taking folic acid would help. But here's the thing, it's the great awakening and barely anyone is waking up. Zombie apocalypse, that effects the brain. Certain bloodlines like the primes needs L-methyl folate not folic acid. Some actually needs a brain genetics test and a specialist like the U of M to get involved. Iatrogenic medical mistake. People assuming they know because it worked for you but this project earth involves every species not everyone has the same DNA. It may work for one specific bloodline but the Holy Grail bloodline it would not. This mutation is to find the primes everyone was looking for in this earth school experiment operation paperclip. According to Noah, anyone in God's image a human vessel is forbidden to eat flesh of any kind. It's taking a life which is against the ten commandments. Just FYI. Being Noah said don't eat flesh because if you do it will be full of maggots worms and rabies, hence the zombie apocalypse. They've restored to cannibalism. The very reason operation paperclip locked down the planet aka covid a world wide virus. World wide is enough to raise some red flags. God's way of protecting the innocent, if someone takes a life by universal law someone can do it to them to balance the scales.

All the MDs and PhDs on youtube I've seen discussing MTHFR are wrong in their diagrams and the actual pathophysiology. Homocysteine is from methionine in the first place. Converting homocysteine with coenzymes/vitamins back to methionine is not the most practical view for treatment. High B12 is known to increase oxidative stress with methionine and also creates higher histamine levels. The most rational is lower intake of methionine foods from the get go. That way you lower homocysteine from it's starting point. MTHFR "disorder" is not a disorder if supposedly 50% of the population has it. What it simply means is this is genetics of ancestors that did not eat high levels of methionine foods and have to deal with the higher levels of toxic byproducts like homocysteine, that youtbe MDs and PhDs want to recycle which will create further symptoms and a merry-go-round. Reduction of source methionine is correct treatment. It's basically also a good argument that many peoples ancestors came from vegetarian or low meat diets since methionine is higher in animal flesh products.
