How much land does local Ghanaian have????
WODE, Do you have space where we can come frpm the US and build a solar farm?
@peter johnson I read about it
Farming is the best way to make money, not only in Ghana, but the whole Africa.
Anyanele Md 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿❤️❤️❤️💴💴
Indeed people need to eat.
I agree with that point, even here in Namibia farming will do so
Ur right
Here I. UK we would die for the likes of sugar cane but can't get it it would probably sell at 50 pence a stick!!!!! You would soon get rich!!!!
That’s a nice decision he made.. Going to China for greener pastures, getting more knowledge and coming to Africa to invest.. Great idea👍🏻👍🏻 to him.. is an inspiration to others... Love from a Nigerian RUclipsr
I'm here looking for a friend.. to support the movement... and for the support of our movement..so can we be friends
If we could all think like that hey
He is from Ghana.
Great job and should be rewarded by the Government to encourage more people into farming
they told us on the island that farming is for uneducated and poor people also.... now we are in need of farmers. i hope the brother does well
🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

You see why they told you that - So you can starve and run to them from imports to make them rich - The sooner people with real eyes realize real lies - You will be self sufficient - Locking your borders - Farming, Sourcing, Processing, Manufacturing & Exporting - They will be begging!!!
Out of ignorance our people believe that
Farmers are the backbone of any community/society. Everyone needs to eat and farmers provide all that we eat. Wode Maya you look so much like your brother.
Nice
Amen The Lord Yeshua Provides🙏🏽
True.
I thank these brothers they are true entrepreneurs. Being a farmer is not shameful and not being poor. In China the farmers are well respected because through farming is the important source of resources.
Yes let’s do this!!!! That land does not belong to outsiders it belongs to y’all!!!! ✊🏾

When you are farming remember to leave some trees between your products ,tree help with rain fall ,don’t destroy all tree in the areas.❤️❤️❤️
Thats thesame thing is was thinking of. Infact he need to plant them back
You are right
Agreed, trees and plants make rain.
Even the cassava leaves is a recipe for Sierra Leone. You can export cassava leaf to Sierra Leone. Fresh leaves will fly 😇😇
The farmer forgot to mention GARRI, also from cassava. Everything in cassava has a use.
Even the canvass tuber skins can be dried to feed animals..nothing goes to waste with cassava..We are sitting in the mix of plenty and we are crying hungry .We must be prepared to get our hands dirty ...There are not white coloured jobs anywhere which have satisfaction than farming...And the view and the feeling is over this world...Let's transform Ghana...Yes we can .There ate no free meals anywhere....We are bless more than most countries
Cassava leaves is expensive in The Northern States of America
@@steverousseau2025 Ghana we feed it to sheep and goats..Is a waste

Cassava dey insai cassava; we don't need anymore in Salone lol
Agriculture is the way now
That is a huge land. Make sure to plant some trees.....don't cut the trees down without replanting.
True, very true, with this climate change, we can’t be tilling a 3000 acres just like that without involving a food forest. If it’s all about business. Good luck but plant trees, pls🙏🏽

Don't forget they're clearing the land to plant so there's no harm. If they leave it bear that will be a problem. With this vision always there will a cassava plants on the land, even after harvesting they'll plant new ones. So this won't be a problem

This gives me chills on how this man is creating jobs for his people❤️❤️
As an African American I am proud of this brother and his vision to create jobs for the people. Most importantly the idea of building a factory to process cassava locally vs having some foreigner do it. Beautiful!
Wow, Africa has fertile lands, actually we can feed the whole world.
We already feed the whole world 😅
Smart choice brother ✊🏿❤️
Africa is blessed well done bro
Wow I'm really inspired by this farmer
May u succeed n never regret of coming back home to invest n employ d unemployed too👌👌👌
Thanks Wode Maya
Great interview... if many Africans living abroad will make a similar move and return to Africa, we'll be able to turn things around in no time. There're a lot of talented Africans living all over the world, not soo satisfied and are always treated badly. Most are not bold to make the move to return and help build-up African. We need more of this to encourage others to join in...

Congratulations young ghanian man The agriculture is the future
Don’t use imported fertilizer.Make your own natural fertilier and be healthy and independent. It also damages the land and turnes to desert. So,all African be wise not using foreign fertilizer which is the root causes o chronic illness.I wish go back my mother home Africa and do my best as much as I can. Thanks a lot keep it up! Make Africa great!
They can make compost from food scraps and worms mixed in soil. You can always have a compost pile by digging in the ground a certain area close by. In addition, you can cover the compost pile or area with plastic, so that the garbage or food scraps can decompose. You have to use a shovel to turn the mixture over from time to time. Later on, the compost can be used in your garden as fertilizer. Banana peels also provides good nutrients for your plants. I am pretty sure there is a lot of information published about creating fertilizer from natural raw materials that is easy to come by. Goggle it, you will see.
True, use back waste in a corner of d lands and make your own compost. Plant avocadoes and mangoes to hold d edges of d land.
Don’t forget....mentoring Wode Maya!

He said the truth!!!
Gari (Cassava) is slow poison (cyanide) it's not indigenous to Africa, introduced by the Portuguese from South America 300 years ago...Credit to the farmer, but there is more sustainable and healthier crops to grow..Watch this space.
@@wordtoyomanner9199 Who says "gari" was introduced by portuguese? Gari like cassava are not food you eat frequently, as in the longer term, they are unhealthy BUT they are drought and famine resistant. When stored properly, gari, could last for years and these are foods that can be used to avert serious hunger or famine. They are not totally worthless food, they are also certainly, not a food to be eaten frequently.
@@wordtoyomanner9199 I am not sure if you are Ghana-ni. "Kokonte" (also made from cassava) is far healthy than fufu. Fufu is also a slow poison.
@@Komfo_Adu Gari is the African indigenous word for cassava..Search Portuguese and South America origin of cassava, Google is your friend,.. Not a food to eat at all.. But it's become a staple diet over the centuries in Africa.. And it's crippling us..
@@Komfo_Adu there is a whole world of healthier sustainable plants and grains, other than Cassava and Fufu, Amaranth and Fonio are but 2 and both can be turned into a beneficial healthy flour for our people and a healthy profit too.. Watch this space ✌️
