  • Are you nervous about purchasing new machine embroidery designs? not sure what you should check out? In this video, I give you a guideline to a few things you can do to help ensure that you are getting a good design at the right size and from a good embroidery digitizer or embroidery digitizing company.
There are a lot of factors to take into consideration before you purchase designs! One of the first things I do is check out the website and their designs. Do they have nice stitched out pictures of the design? some different colors? do they show the different sizes? Do they only have software generated images of the embroidery design?
How about a help page? a Help page is very important to have on a website if you have any questions. The frequently asked questions are probably the same questions that you are going to ask, so that is a big help and will save you time.
Check out this video and see examples of great embroidery designs sites and a few other things you can do to make sure that you get the right embroidery design that you need, with no hassles.

Excellent tip. A great reminder for many. I always try to get a "sample" design to stitch before I buy. Even with the design player in my software I where I can see a lot things that are good or bad, stitching the design is the proof for me.

yes, that is a great idea - you should always check out a new design before you take it to the machine.

Thank you again for your videos! I always enjoy watching them. And I also love those sites you mentioned. I've bought a TON off of Embroidery Library, Urban Threads and Kreative Kiwi :D Especially EL and UT with their weekly sales of new designs kind of ruin me moneywise *looool*
