हमारे यहां पहले खेतों में बहुत केंचुए होते थे जो सारा दिन पानी वाली खाल की मिट्टी खाते रहते थे। और उनसे खाद बनकर अपने आप पानी के साथ फसलों में चली जाती थी।जब से किसानों ने रासायनिक उर्वरकों का प्रयोग करना शुरू किया तब से केंचुए समाप्त होने लगे और आज बिल्कुल लुप्त हो गए।
मुझे इस वीडियो में यह बहुत पसंद आया की सामने वाला आदमी निस्वार्थ भाव से अपना अनुभव और अपना ज्ञान साझा कर रहे हैं और उन्होंने बैठने के लिए कोई संकोच नहीं किए जहां पर थे वहीं बैठ गए और यूट्यूबर भईया को भी बैठा दिए🔥🔥🔥🔥

मैं पिछले ३ साल से इस काम से जुड़ा हूं। आज तक ३०/४ के बेड से मुझे १०,०००/- से ज्यादा कभी नहीं मिले। वर्मी कम्पोस्ट खाद, केंचुए और वर्मी वॉश सब मिलाकर एक बेड से १०-१२ हजार से अधिक नहीं मिलता। अगर इन भाई साहब के कैल्क्युलेशन के हिसाब से मिलता होता तो किसानी करने की जरूरत ही नहीं होती।

Vermicompost तो बन जायेगा, लेकिन बिकेगा कैसे। ये इतना आसान नही है। किसान को यूरिया, DAP की आदत हो गयी है। इससे उनका production ज्यादा होता है। किसान अपना प्रोडक्शन कम क्यो करेगा। फल,फूल , सब्ज़ी वाले तो ले लेंगे। लेकिन गेंहू, धान, गन्ना, दाल वाले किसान इसे क्यो खरीदेंगे।

Sir, one request please provide some information on any mechanism on how to avail crop insurance or some compensation if crop is damaged due to weather. Every season due to global warming and its effects on monsoon cycle, small farmers like us face great loss because of bad weather. It will be really helpful.

Yes, you can buy land in Rajasthan, Mp etc whichever is close.,Hire some local villagers as care takecaker + labourer .They will take land on rent and will pay you grains/ money per harvest. It is practiced almost all states.Even i had farms we do same way.but, initially spend time to learn basics to marketing, warehouses charges, seeds,irrigation ,weather fluctuations, mushroom farming,vermicompost,rainwater harvest,horticulture. Take 2 /3 years just to understand then you can invest and will surely make profit + immense satisfaction.

Yes, you can buy land in Rajasthan, Mp etc whichever is close.,Hire some local villagers as care takecaker + labourer .They will take land on rent and will pay you grains/ money per harvest. It is practiced almost all states.Even i had farms we do same way.but, initially spend time to learn basics to marketing, warehouses charges, seeds,irrigation ,weather fluctuations, mushroom farming,vermicompost,rainwater harvest,horticulture. Take 2 /3 years just to understand then you can invest and will surely make profit + immense satisfaction.
Don't hurry, you may then end up in losses as locals may cheat you, crops may fail, etc

Can I start a vermicompost programme on my terrace without much inconveniences like damage to terrace etc...
