I've not tried it since I was in my teens so I'm not sure my impression of it will be accurate. I recently bought white rose from Floris and I have to say that one is definitely not for me 😬

I get florabotanica being like that, I think it's the bubbly soapiness and the rosewater feel of it. Some Jhag fragrances I just struggle to smell full stop!

It depends on the fragrance. If it's a light one that fades like daisy dream then every few hours. If it's rich and deep like black orchid, then I won't reapply. 🙂

I hadn't tried it before last year and whilst it is quite an old school soapy floral, it's an interesting one and I see why it's loved. I didn't try the reformulation though... I know people were annoyed by it. Is your bottle an old one? I love the gold top and the red glass 👌

I need to use some Jeanne Arthes fragrances: Azur Balcon, Soiree Rooftop, the macaron one, and Gold n' Roses. They are nice, but I never gravitate towards them anymore. Mostly because I blind bought them and I also didn't know what I enjoyed in fragrances at the time.
Yes I think we all buy the cheaper ones to begin with. I have a few older celebrity ones that I am targeting to finish. I've been wearing them to bed a bit as they are soapy and clean. Maybe you could do that?

I've finished Pour Un Homme De Caron, Breathe by M&S and a 9ml sample of Wood Sage & Sea Salt by Jo Malone. I'm also blind using random samples where the writing has come off! It's actually exciting; no preconceived ideas about the house or cost.

De Caron is my go to bedtime scent - the lavender is so relaxing 😌. It was a cheapie in 2020 but the price has really shot up; I'm definitely going to repurchase

I've used up a 75ml bottle of l'instant magic by Guerlain. I really enjoyed this fragrance eventhough it was more of a skin scent. Would I repurchase it? Possibly. I find out that I like Guerlain as a fragrance house. It has a quality and distinctiveness you don't often meet with.
I've not tried that one. I will next time I'm near the Guerlain counter. I've been working my way through the classic Guerlain fragrances... I tried après l'ondee last time. I agree Guerlain are a lovely fragrance house. Thanks for watching ❤️
I just finally got Private Accord from a scent sub, I've only tried it on paper thus far. I am always impressed with your perfume use! L'Eclat is my favorite of the LVEB flankers that I've tried.
What did you think to private accord? When I first smelt it, I felt underwhelmed based on the hype there was for it at the time... L'éclat was absolutely gorgeous 😍 I was amazed that I liked it so much, such a shame it's discontinued....

That's really interesting you should say that because I have been thinking about that myself. Not filmed anything as yet though. I will try to get some thoughts together. It's definitely changed. I have a video next week about what I'd tell myself if I were starting over, but that doesn't really cover the changing tastes. That daisy dream EDT here is one fragrance that I'm sure I really appreciated 3 years ago when I first got it but now I was pleased to finish it... Things move on as you sniff more for sure! I never see empty fragrance bottles so it’s refreshing to see people actually go through their juice. Whats your spray routine? How many sprays? Where? (On clothes or skin?) Lovely is great and very affordable. Love La Nuit Trésor Musc Diamant. Your description of it is spot on. At least, to my nose. I'm really happy to have been able to get a 50ml before it is nowhere to be found. None of my bottle are near the finish line, for now.
La nuit Trésor musc diamant definitely has something I love about it. I can't see me decluttering that new 50ml bottle for now, I think I will miss the scent in the autumn. The LNT line is frustrating, they discontinued quite a few loved flankers now. Yeah I don't think I'll finish much for a while now either, nearly all my bottles are near full. I enjoyed your video Claire! You have done really well clearing out some bottles (even if they were partials when you purchased them). Only two worth repurchasing and one you have done. I like to hear the thought about why you would or wouldn't repurchase them. I have only finished a travel spray of Cloud which I bought to test out. I will likely finish the 50ml of Sandalsun by the end of the year. I bought it to try out oil based fragrance and I mostly wear to bed. I am also pushing through a blind buy that I don't love because I have a guilt complex over wasting perfume, (Idole Nectar). I need to pull out some of my citrus perfumes because the weather is unseasonably warm. I want to pull out a few of my salty, musky, fresh scents like Wood Sage and Sea Salt. Yes, I've been trying to target the ones that I don't love as much, but don't dislike enough to declutter to use for work or bedtime if the longevity isn't there. Some of these I've had three years, so it was time really and I think some were changing in some way, like daisy dream. I get what you mean about having guilt over purchases you don't love. I tried idôle nectar and another, was it the parfum? I can't remember... One was incredibly sweet! Since filming this, I have been just using my fragrance as I choose and I've been reaching for the summery ones and clean work ones a lot. I did also finish another since this video, but I think it will be ages until I finish many more because most of my bottles are relatively full or fragrances that are very strong and long lasting if not! I am definitely due a declutter. I have a few fragrances that I simply don't wear and don't want to force myself to finish when I don't enjoy them. I'm sure a video will be coming soon. Lots of us are fickle in that way 😂 Strange your Marc Jacobs fragrance became weaker. I thought the longer one had a fragrance, providing it's stored correctly, it would deepen if anything? I rarely finish any as I've bought far too many 😳 and the only re-purchase I have made so far is Versace Versense. I've used up Mac Turquatic this month and a Sunrise body mist by Body Fantasys. They were both 60% empty so I just wanted to focus on those. I'm moving in a few months so there's at least 3 more that are over half empty that I don't want to have to move to a new house 🤞🏻

When I got introduced to niche fragrances the world opened up for me, I’m enjoying samples from different fragrance houses and bought some I really loved. There are some which are quite on the more affordable side such as Jacque Fath or Commodity.
Yes niche is a whole other world isnt it? It can be affordable with certain brands for sure. From those two brands, I've only tried Commodity gold expressive and the normal. Thanks for watching ❤️

I bought Rain as it’s a really nice, clean scent for every day and I really liked Nectar. However, I already had a nectar-like scent in my collection so if I run out of the other one, I might buy Nectar instead as price-wise it’s more affordable. I heard rumors that Commodity would like to discontinue the Archive collection in the near future (I hope not as I like them way more).

Yeah Gucci guilty EDT was not for me at all. I was happy there wasn't much of that one left when I got it. It wasn't worth reselling but I didn't like it and I was quite surprised as I generally love lilac in fragrances. Thanks for watching ❤️

Yes, I always used to buy the biggest bottle... I'm trying to just buy the least expensive bottle now, I have way too much perfume now. I keep it on one particular chest of drawers and I have a deal with myself that when it's full, I stop buying... And it is full right now 🤦♀️
I am so sad Gucci Guilty EDT is discontinued. There is something I love about it. It is so simple yet sharp and sexy. I only wish it lasted longer on the skin as I will douse myself in it and 3 hours later smell nothing and not get many compliments later in the night.

Yes, some were secondhand and partially used, scent for her private accord was 50ml left of 100ml and daisy dream was 30ml left of 50ml but I've been using those since 2021 and 2020 respectively. Lveb l'eclat had about 40ml left of 50ml and I used that up super fast as I loved it! The Gucci guilty had only about 10ml left as I state in the video, so I didn't use much of that one... All the others were full, but the lattafa I used as a room spray as I disliked it on me. 😂 The ones I tend to finish are the ones I use for bed, like the scent for her private accord and lovely as I use those every night.

Thing is, it didn’t last long on my skin and I walked away. Perhaps it’s not meant to be long lasting because it’s a freshie and a summery fragrance? In retrospect, I should’ve gotten it! Maybe I’ll see it again one day in my travels elsewhere…

Hello! Oh yes, it's a lovely fragrance. Shame it's been discontinued... I've been trying to find something similar, I saw Armani code was suggested but I don't think it's that similar. I also got a clone oil, but the opening is totally different, although the drydown is pretty close. So I'm sorry but I've not found anything spot on but maybe try Armani code and see what you think. The clone I got was from luxodor oils, but I bet other clones might also be similar, e.g. perfume parlour. Thanks for watching 🥰
I was disappointed by boss private accord also. I got about 20mins from it. I always thort i had dropped a piece of chocolate down my top and had melted in my cleavage. I ended up giving my nearly full bottle away.

De Caron is my go to bedtime scent - the lavender is so relaxing 😌. It was a cheapie in 2020 but the price has really shot up; I'm definitely going to repurchase

I've used up a 75ml bottle of l'instant magic by Guerlain. I really enjoyed this fragrance eventhough it was more of a skin scent. Would I repurchase it? Possibly. I find out that I like Guerlain as a fragrance house. It has a quality and distinctiveness you don't often meet with.
I've not tried that one. I will next time I'm near the Guerlain counter. I've been working my way through the classic Guerlain fragrances... I tried après l'ondee last time. I agree Guerlain are a lovely fragrance house. Thanks for watching ❤️

I just finally got Private Accord from a scent sub, I've only tried it on paper thus far. I am always impressed with your perfume use! L'Eclat is my favorite of the LVEB flankers that I've tried.
What did you think to private accord? When I first smelt it, I felt underwhelmed based on the hype there was for it at the time... L'éclat was absolutely gorgeous 😍 I was amazed that I liked it so much, such a shame it's discontinued....

That's really interesting you should say that because I have been thinking about that myself. Not filmed anything as yet though. I will try to get some thoughts together. It's definitely changed. I have a video next week about what I'd tell myself if I were starting over, but that doesn't really cover the changing tastes. That daisy dream EDT here is one fragrance that I'm sure I really appreciated 3 years ago when I first got it but now I was pleased to finish it... Things move on as you sniff more for sure! Lovely is great and very affordable. Love La Nuit Trésor Musc Diamant. Your description of it is spot on. At least, to my nose. I'm really happy to have been able to get a 50ml before it is nowhere to be found. None of my bottle are near the finish line, for now.
La nuit Trésor musc diamant definitely has something I love about it. I can't see me decluttering that new 50ml bottle for now, I think I will miss the scent in the autumn. The LNT line is frustrating, they discontinued quite a few loved flankers now.

I will likely finish the 50ml of Sandalsun by the end of the year. I bought it to try out oil based fragrance and I mostly wear to bed. I am also pushing through a blind buy that I don't love because I have a guilt complex over

Yes, I've been trying to target the ones that I don't love as much, but don't dislike enough to declutter to use for work or bedtime if the longevity isn't there. Some of these I've had three years, so it was time really and I think some were changing in some way, like daisy dream.
I get what you mean about having guilt over purchases you don't love. I tried idôle nectar and another, was it the parfum? I can't remember... One was incredibly sweet!
Since filming this, I have been just using my fragrance as I choose and I've been reaching for the summery ones and clean work ones a lot. I did also finish another since this video, but I think it will be ages until I finish many more because most of my bottles are relatively full or fragrances that are very strong and long lasting if not!
I am definitely due a declutter. I have a few fragrances that I simply don't wear and don't want to force myself to finish when I don't enjoy them. I'm sure a video will be coming soon. Thanks for watching ❤️

Strange your Marc Jacobs fragrance became weaker. I thought the longer one had a fragrance, providing it's stored correctly, it would deepen if anything?
I rarely finish any as I've bought far too many 😳 and the only re-purchase I have made so far is Versace Versense. I'll buy Kayali Lovefest Burning Cherry and Tocca Colette again when i finish them though.

I've used up Mac Turquatic this month and a Sunrise body mist by Body Fantasys. They were both 60% empty so I just wanted to focus on those.
I'm moving in a few months so there's at least 3 more that are over half empty that I don't want to have to move to a new house 🤞🏻

When I got introduced to niche fragrances the world opened up for me, I’m enjoying samples from different fragrance houses and bought some I really loved. There are some which are quite on the more affordable side such as Jacque Fath or Commodity.
Yes niche is a whole other world isnt it? It can be affordable with certain brands for sure. From those two brands, I've only tried Commodity gold expressive and the normal. Thanks for watching ❤️

I bought Rain as it’s a really nice, clean scent for every day and I really liked Nectar. However, I already had a nectar-like scent in my collection so if I run out of the other one, I might buy Nectar instead as price-wise it’s more affordable. I heard rumors that Commodity would like to discontinue the Archive collection in the near future (I hope not as I like them way more).

Yeah Gucci guilty EDT was not for me at all. I was happy there wasn't much of that one left when I got it. It wasn't worth reselling but I didn't like it and I was quite surprised as I generally love lilac in fragrances. Thanks for watching ❤️

Yes, I always used to buy the biggest bottle... I'm trying to just buy the least expensive bottle now, I have way too much perfume now. I keep it on one particular chest of drawers and I have a deal with myself that when it's full, I stop buying... And it is full right now 🤦♀️

I am so sad Gucci Guilty EDT is discontinued. There is something I love about it. It is so simple yet sharp and sexy. I only wish it lasted longer on the skin as I will douse myself in it and 3 hours later smell nothing and not get many compliments later in the night.
Yes, I think the original Gucci guilty EDT was well loved. I have no idea why Gucci reformulated and repackaged the line. 🤷♀️

Yes, some were secondhand and partially used, scent for her private accord was 50ml left of 100ml and daisy dream was 30ml left of 50ml but I've been using those since 2021 and 2020 respectively. Lveb l'eclat had about 40ml left of 50ml and I used that up super fast as I loved it! The Gucci guilty had only about 10ml left as I state in the video, so I didn't use much of that one... All the others were full, but the lattafa I used as a room spray as I disliked it on me. 😂 The ones I tend to finish are the ones I use for bed, like the scent for her private accord and lovely as I use those every night.

Thing is, it didn’t last long on my skin and I walked away. Perhaps it’s not meant to be long lasting because it’s a freshie and a summery fragrance? In retrospect, I should’ve gotten it! Maybe I’ll see it again one day in my travels elsewhere…

Hello! Oh yes, it's a lovely fragrance. Shame it's been discontinued... I've been trying to find something similar, I saw Armani code was suggested but I don't think it's that similar. I also got a clone oil, but the opening is totally different, although the drydown is pretty close. So I'm sorry but I've not found anything spot on but maybe try Armani code and see what you think. The clone I got was from luxodor oils, but I bet other clones might also be similar, e.g. perfume parlour. Thanks for watching 🥰

I was disappointed by boss private accord also. I got about 20mins from it. I always thort i had dropped a piece of chocolate down my top and had melted in my cleavage. I ended up giving my nearly full bottle away.
