Well done buddy! Managed to get myself a bike aswell! 2001 zx6r! Put nearly 500 mile on it in 2 weeks. Can't keep off the thing haha. Looking forward to seeing you in a bigger bike!
well done mate i can t wait to do my test the last driving test i did was my car licence 11 years ago but iv been on bikes for longer sine i was 7-8 when i use to ride on fields at 34 i should of done my test years ago any ride safe and i can t wait to see your next bike
Rodney Fisher Kind of the same for me mate, played with some bikes as a kid over fields. I'm older than you and done my driving test double the time ago lol. We still young 😉 😂 🚵💨
Cheers bud, it was a bit strange, a little dodgy but not super dangerous as it was a quite long sweeping bend. I would not have done a left shoulder as there is usually nothing to see that you would not see when doing a mirror and right shoulder check on a normal stop/start exercise, I was never told to either, I got no marks for the previous two stop/starts we did. Otherwise I was doing a left and right shoulder check, maybe part blame is the training instructor not fully preparing me. I never done one on a bend during training and for every other one I was told, check mirrors, right shoulder, indicate, another right shoulder, if safe move on or switch off indicator and start again. I always do another right shoulder as I move on and that was when I saw the car come round and felt it was safest to stop as I had hardly moved. In this case though he said because it was on a left bend I should have a better view doing a left shoulder too, I bet my training instructor will be using that bend in lessons from now on lol
Congratulations fella I said you'd pass, don't worry about minors I've been riding 44 years and still make mistakes occasionally. A bit mean giving a minor for the bus lane thing I would of thought its riders discretion wether to use it or not but Well done Ride Safe 🍾
You did indeed, thanks for the positive vibes :) I thought the same on the bus lane one too, at least it's done, time to save for what will seem like eternity lol. I need bed now, been up since five, feeling it now lol
Seems like bullshit to give a minor for the bus lane. Almost all the bus lanes here are useable any time for bikes. Well you passed anyway so congrats, I will have to do it again damn it
Congratulations mate. I bet you are buzzing!
+James Thanks, I am mate 👍

+Steve G Thanks mate. Awesome bike, have fun and ride safe. It will be a be a while until I get a bike though, going to save what I can.
I put on 1000 miles in the first week on my big bike lol
Sorry have only just got on to RUclips! Well done on passing your MOD2! Enjoy the L plate freedom lol :)

well done dude getting you to stop on a bend bit weird (dangerous imho) but standard test procedure check both shoulders b4 moving off

Eastern Menace yea should have just mentioned that at most, as you say though a pass is a pass 😁👍
Are you on an A2 license?
I am yes
+Eastern Menace At least that means you are a young man still 😂 👍 any plans to do it anytime soon?
No but then again I don't plan things and just do them when I feel like it or have the money to do it
+Eastern Menace at least you can probably go straight for the tests and use your own bike if you do it.
