    John Tory was such a terrible mayor, but I think many didn't realize it because his only comparison was Rob Ford

      Yes chow is way better 😅, enjoy much higher taxes, more homeless, more encampments , more drugs on the streets. And yes next year you will have even a higher property tax increase and a bigger deficit , do you think federal government and provincial government will keep bailing that failed city?

    The people in Toronto and Vancouver are not too bright if they didn't back out of the agreement because of cost over runs . No wonder those 2 cities are in such a mess.

      @@noseboop4354 Edmonton did try bid but due to the games play out and condition of the stadium it need major renovation where as Toronto has gonna a couple renovation and field change so that is why is selected. The only thing is seats that Toronto has to deal w

      Vancouver backed out at first, only to get pressured by the public here in BC to put the Vancouver bid back in. And why, the initial cost estimates of what it took to host games was going to be high.

    I would like to see property taxes go up another 50% above and beyond 10% they need a new city tax. They can also easily afford it. Maybe they can spend some on the city's un precidented bed bug infestation.
