      You may need a night guard if you are grinding your teeth at night. I would be very surprised and interested in knowing, if there is a way of training yourself not to grind in your sleep.

    He forgot to say, exercise being cardio. You can build more muscle, and that can increase metabolic rate, which will burn more calories.

    PROBLEM: FOR THOSE OF US WHO ALSO HAVE THAT "TEXT-NECK" PROBLEM (neck hump as you call it) ... holding your head up while lying down HURTS. And not in that good-burn, I'm-exercising-and-it's-good-for-me kind of pain. What do you recommend for THAT situation?

    Since this February I’m having weird discomfort between my shoulder blades and up

    My whole life I had stable weight and didn’t really sweat
    My body just doesn’t sweat unless I’m not feeling well
    Only the last couple of years when I started bp meds I gained 20 pounds which I’m trying to lose w no result😜
