Mákos guba is a "home made" desserts: small balls of dough sprinkled with sugared ground poppy seeds and baked in the oven. we eat it with vanilla sauce. sometimes you can find it on the restaurants menu - not in bakeries. we do many similar dessert with the choice of poppy seeds or walnuts. Beigli is one of them: a the roll. We cut to slices and eat as a finger food at a table. Flódni is a Jewish tradition: one layer of poppyseeds, one layer of walnuts, one layer of plum jam.
"Dobos torta" is a cake with many layers of chocolate cream and caramel coat on top, available in most pastry shops.
Rigó Jancsi is a chocolat mousse cake.
Rákóczy túrós: túró is a fresh cheese like cottage cheese, the cake has vanilla taste, cottage cheese and apricot jam.
These pastries are not street food dishes. It's disgusting how you tear the package apart while filming,
you put it in all kinds of dirty places on the street instead of sitting down in the pastry shop and eating it there, from a plate and with a fork.

If i film in pastry shops, i might annoy customers and also, it will be less comfortable for me. You think it's dirty. It is in the package. The pastry never touches the floor. But I understand that you might be more sensitive to these things. Everyone is different.
