- Kiln, the newest addition to San Francisco's fine dining scene, is renowned for exploring bold and maximalist flavors by Chef John Wesley. I believe I have a more minimalist palate that appreciates fresh produce's pure and delicate flavors. So tonight, a minimalist foodie will enjoy a maximalist tasting menu!

Just curious what your dining companion thought I’d the salt levels?
I would love to see the tiny pots and pans they use.
As dishes stray farther from the core flavors, subjectivity is going to loom larger. With other subjective elements like the interior space aesthetics and music already in play, I can see why some would prefer keeping the food flavors straightforward. The "walk up" music you got when you were being seated was hilariously at odds with the channel's vibe, but overall I found it distracting.
Excellent photography and enticing presentation ,you create a realistic presentation like I am the 2nd person ,sometimes the courses are too complex and loose the "wow " factor as you comment on .The music background hints at the dichotomy of too many concepts
Someone there sure loves gansta rap 😅
Their music was fire!
I thought it was distracting and stupid.
That music is for Kraft Mac and beer.
@@forteandblues the music itself isnt stupid but given its place the travis scott and kid cudi comes off as corny at best and jarring at worst
