Very disappointed in the ANC. It's probably the lowest quality ANC I've ever heard. Entry level Sennheisers ($200) have much better noise cancelling and it's passive. Zamkol ZH700, Q30, Hesh ANC, Sennheiser HD 4.50 is better. For $100, it really sucks. The sound is good but no usb-c, no noise cancellation (I can't tell any difference with them off or on), and a little sound leak. The only pro is good sound quality. It's hard to imagine the ANC reduces battery life from 35 to 26-27 hours when it does nothing.

They have battery because the light is on but music is not playing
Try turning them on and off. If that doesn't work, try un-pairing and re-pairing them to your device. -MB
