Savannah, Georgia - Did We Make The Right Choice Visiting Here?

- We've arrived at our next state before we end up in Florida and we have chosen to visit Savannah, Georgia. We would have liked to have gone to Atlanta but for this trip, it was a little too far out of the way. We'll just have to go another time.
So when we researched nice places to visit as part of our road trip Savannah came up and straight away we thought this looks nice!

So we made it to one of the most iconic filming locations in the world, the Forrest Gump bench location, oh and whilst we were here we thought we might as well take a look around Savannah as well 😂
You visited at the wrong time. It is absolutely beautiful during the warm time of the year.
Back in the day, we watched the container ships cruise by from Tubby's. When a large container would cruise by, everyone would yell out "Ship Shots!" and they would bring you Ship Shots on the house. Spent many, many hours people watching on River Street.
That's so cool!
I personally own 17 of those pecan trees in Georgia.
You should definitely go to Atlanta one day. The Coca Cola factory is there and Georgia Aquarium is absolutely beautiful. I went in November so everything was gearing up for Christmas. I took photos of the Coca Cola Christmas trucks and had my photo taken with Santa (despite being in my late 30's 🤣) We also went to 2 ice hockey games, had a great time.
You're never too old have a photo with santa lol 😁. Glad you enjoyed it there. We definitely want to go at some point
I live in the suburbs of Savannah. I go into the historical district once a week just to relax
I grew up in Savannah and have since moved away. So glad you got to visit. My wife and I love your videos!!

Between Atlanta and Savannah we wouldn't have any trouble making a choice. Savannah is one of our favorite cities, Kev and Stacy! We stay right there on Market Street not far from from the historic market you visit here. It's also close to the elevator that will being you down to River Street and the pralines, for us old codgers with a sweet tooth! Love walking around the squares and seeing the beautiful home's. Thanks so much for bringing back the happy memories!

Had to laugh when I saw St John’s church, we went in to have a Quick Look and a cool down, forgot it was a Sunday and a church service started…one and a half hours we were in there 😂😂😂😂
